I agree sparkles and, given the fact the company is very much in the spotlight, it seems unlikely that they'd try to pull a fast one. As to people's objection about the valuation, bear in mind there were certain people, including one who continues to post, who felt the sale of PSD was done 'on the cheap'.

Fukuro,I'm with you on this. I've held this share for 3 years now, having first bought in Dec 2014. I've added to my original purchase but still have a good average. This represents the longest period i've ever held an AIM share as well as being my biggest single investment. I will hold for as long as it takes.

I don't foresee problems with funding. In fact, it's my opinion that discussions will have been going on for ages and in all probability, already agreed, subject only to the production of a positive FS (which is now a given) The company will not have been sitting on its hands in this respect, particularly bearing in mind the strong financial background of some of the key players. This sector is just too sexy for funding institutions to ignore and everyone will want a slice. It has been a good week, but we have only just really got going and although I don't anticipate one long upward trajectory in the sp (people will take profits) the trend is massively positive. My target is now �7.50.(that's plucked out of thin air, btw)

Good heavens! I think I'm going to faint! By the small size of the trades, it looks as if the word has eventually spread to private investors. This is both good and bad as it may introduce the day traders to the picture, and that always ferks things up.

This is a major step forward. Finance is virtually the last remaining hurdle and is, in my opinion,the easiest to clear. The question for me is at what stage to buy some more? Now, or do I wait for the details of the financing to be released? I guess it will comprise debt and some equity and the key will be at what price the equity will be placed. I certainly don't see it going for sub-80p. The other aspect of the capital raise is that I'd like to see some of the new shares being offered to all existing holders. This would be hugely popular and I'm sure it would be over-subscribed. So, Secker old bean, do something to endear yourself to us plebs, offer us a some new shares and I promise we'll never be rude about you again.
