Bozi, you make a fair point. However, the company laid out some clear parameters in the SR and have spent a full year pursuing them. Is it really possible that absolutely nothing has emerged? If this is the case it's a fail of epic proportions.

Personally, I do believe we'll see something before the AGM. If not, Caldwell will face many difficult questions.

I've said it before, but if the intention of announcing the SR was to give a boost to the sp, it failed and has simply led to a load of folk saying 'same old, same old', and has increased the cynicism which has surrounded the management of the company for years. Perhaps they would have been better off keeping quiet and delivering something out of the blue?

Rcgl, I'm not sure why we need a permanent GC either. As you say, they can't have been that busy.

As for the office locations, I reckon London has been closed for some time and how many full time folk are there in Brisbane? We know the CEO and CFO are not based in Australia, so is it merely a base for the non-execs i.e Twigger and Mather? If this is the case, do we really need Brisbane? Come to think of it, can we still be defined as being an Australian company? It feels more Canadian to me.

I'm quite surprised we even need a separate company secretary. In a small company like ours the role is usually fulfilled by the CFO.

1982, that seems to be counter-intuitive. MMs normally want higher volume, so why would they widen the spread which, of itself, discourages volume?

So far this morning the spread has been unusually wide.

Having said that, the 2030 deadline is absolutely ridiculous and will not be met. This country simply doesn't have the ability to deliver a workable solution in time and the sooner Sunak recognises this the better.
