Aquinaga, indeed. His Atlantic shares won't cover the loan repayment, let alone provide anything for ongoing working capital. Obviously, we don't know what his relationship is like with the lenders and it's possible he'll negotiate a loan extension, but at 20% interest, which he can't pay, it's not a long term solution.
His other assets are of low value and, if he sticks to his word and doesn't issue any new shares, where will he get the cash? More loans? Could the balance sheet stand it?
