In effect, SC was providing meat on the bones of the strategy he's been pursuing for the past 12 months. Some people here seem to have struggled to understand what he's been doing and what the aim is. Hopefully, this has provided more clarity - in fact, I don't think he could have been clearer. It could be argued he should have done something like this earlier, but I'm sure he wanted to wait until the funding package was in place.

Gone are the days of management flailing around and seeming to make things up as they go along. We now have a crystal clear path to delivering shareholder value and Scott is getting on with the job. (Eloro, hopefully you can now see what he's been doing and you can now feel confident he's working hard in our interest)

All great stuff and we've got a lot to look forward to.

Charges have been lodged at Companies House. Three appear to be standard arrangements, but one relates to a Share Pledge Agreement between the lenders and Solgold Finance AG in Zug, in which we pledge our 1,000,000 shares in the entity to the lenders. It appears this is updating an existing charge which, I must admit, I didn't know existed.

What I'm not sure about is what exactly resides in Solgold Finance that has value and is worth pledging. More reading required.

NMM, during the most recent interview, SC said many of the issues which would be covered by the new IPA were actually already contained in the EA. I wonder if this has removed the urgency/importance of the IPA?

Q, I suppose the question is, will the finance package unlock any latent interest? The director purchase of Wed/Thurs last week would indicate nothing has yet emerged, but we've witnessed a significant increase in the sp since then.

We know that at least 20 parties have had access to the data room and will be in possession of as much information as they would need to make a move; but will they? We'll only know if/when it happens.

In the meantime, I think the next news will be about the regionals or the revised IPA (it was interesting to hear SC state that much of the protection we want has already been included in the EA)
