You asked a question about Scott's residential status, but inevitably it got buried in the morass of climate balls.

I sent an email to our comms lady, but haven't received a reply. I'm sure I wasn't the only shareholder to do so.

Given the importance he's previously attached to having a physical presence in Quito, and the fact he said he likes living there - he would say that, wouldn't he? - I'd be surprised if he has permanently relocated, but I do feel the company should clarify the position. If he has moved to Miami I think the board should be challenged about the 10k per month living allowance.

I would point out out that his previous residence was given as Canada, when in fact he was based in Quito, so it wouldn't be surprising if a similar situation pertains.

My bet is he's bought his retirement home next door to Mar-a-Lago and is getting ready to relocate next year.

Eloro, I certainly agree with your last paragraph, but I think the SR exposed the team to the harsh reality and they've had to re-think the whole thing.

Q, the rationale is to present a company which is financially secure and has a fully de-risked project.

My guess is that during the data room process we had plenty of interested parties, all of whom looked at our balance sheet and thought they could exploit our financial instability - this is no basis to achieve a fair value for our asset. Endless smallish placings are no substitute for a proper financial footing - it's a fundamental principle for entering a negotiation.

This is the logic (for me) and, given what we've endured for years, it makes perfect sense.

Q, the answer is we need to give the impression that we're going to take this to production and must demonstrate we have the wherewithal to do so. It's a negotiating ploy and places us in a much stronger position when we get round the table with interested buyers. Of course, if no buyers appear we will have to go down the ultra-risky path of construction - remember what that article posted this week said; " going into production is the most risky thing a junior explorer can do".

It was interesting to note that yesterday's MD&A repeated the word 'de-risking' on many occasions. For me, the message is clear and I don't believe either SC or anyone else wants to go down the production route. Bear in mind, he and Mather are both 67 or 68 years old...the Grim Reaper is lurking.

TI, there is no rational explanation, other than small retail investors selling into an illiquid market which leads to disproportionate movements in the sp.

Nothing has changed and the company continues to work towards the next milestones.

I've sent a couple of messages to the investor relations address and haven't had a reply.

Fyi, the questions I've asked were:

1) Will there be a video link to the AGM and will we be able to submit questions? If not, why not?

2) Could the company clarify DGR's claim that the CIPA has been 'successfully completed'?

3) Following SC's Change of Details submission at Companies House, could the company clarify where SC spends his time?

'84 it was my understanding he spent the majority of his time there, which I hope is still the case.

Pbow, the mystery deepens!

As you'll be aware, there are two forms which directors have to file at Companies House. One is that which lists all of the directors and gives an address, although they are no longer required to give their home address. For example, Scott's address is given as Cornhill in the City.

The second form is the Change of Directors details, which doesn't give any address but refers to country of residence.

I'm not sure why they require two forms, nor do I know why those details are often different. (I suppose I could look it up, but can't be bothered at the moment)

If Scott is no longer based in Quito I think we need to know.

Adieu, I referred to this the other day having noticed a Change of Director details form which was lodged at Companies House a few weeks ago.

Personally, I don't think he has relocated, but agree it would be good to know.

Adieu, not sure about the Miami bit. Bear in mind he was previously registered as living in Canada when in fact he was working from Quito. As you say, it's probably just a tax wheeze as I'm pretty sure capital gains tax, or whatever the US equivalent is, is a lot less in Florida than the socialist Republic of Canada.

Nal, my word you're dim. Just look at the daily volumes, they're small private investors buying and selling. And you are completely wrong about smallish trades moving the sp...I should know because over the years I've seen it happen with some of my trades, as have other people on here.

If, as you say, you ran your own business, you didn't learn much did you? Amazing that you claim to be an expert on mining stocks and yet you don't know about the Lassonde Curve.
