Orthern, my preference would be to see a basket of regionals spun-off into newco, with a separate management team and its own funding. But, as it stands, the policy of pursuing Cascabel is a sensible one.

1) No cu offtake. We don't need one at the moment, although we've been told they're working on it. If cu prices keep rising, what's the point of getting locked-in to one at this stage?

2) No progression on regionals. We don't have the cash or management bandwidth to do so, and very sensibly the company has decided the major focus should be Cascabel.

3) No promotion of company at conferences. Every single miner will be fully aware of solg and it doesn't need any promotion. As for institutional investors; we don't need any cash at the moment and they cannot buy in the market.

4) A ceo who hides. From whom?

Bozi, you may be right. Using the Lassonde Curve as a reference, we are either still on the downward slope of the orphan period, or we may have reached the bottom, but the delivery of one or more of the critical milestones could quickly change all that.

Before SH says anything, I know I was wrong about timing. The SR, and the noises emerging from management, persuaded me that we would have sold Cascabel by now, but the circumstances changed, as is bound to happen in business, and any vaguely sane person alters their expectations accordingly.

When Mather first launched his ill-thought-out bid for CGP I was opposed to it. The fact it then took him nearly a year to do anything about it - who will ever forget the utter BS when they told us the the delay was caused by our inability to find a translator? This, for me, was the final nail in his coffin. He proved beyond any doubt that he was incapable to leading the company. However, when the deal was subsequently announced I changed my mind, although this was mainly driven by my wish to see a wholesale change in our leadership.
