So will leave with one last set of opinions. Firstly as said you cant put a true estimate of value on oilex assets as all have sat dormant for so long and much has been forgotten about (appropriately).

Secondly, being realistic, GSPC (corrupt?) know the true value and would not give it up for a few million if that value is substantially high. Yes they have no money but if value is substantially high, they could sell all or part of their interest as did oilex to magna as the sums talked about are futile sums in this business for the assets and investments to this stage.
Lastly, for all shareholders (including my hope) the last thing I would want to see is this go to arbitration. If it did, I think I may not be posting for the same period again lol. Realistic but hopeful, GLA

good luck and the same to all long termers here. Oilex (cambay, bhandut and canning) are valuable assets and are sat on god knows what for somebody, hopefully the shareholders will be rewarded well.

Attempting to look at it positively. Whilst I cannot recall how many shares were in issue when magna paid 6 million for a 15% stake ( well cheap shares in the end,,,,,,,,,long story of bull workings with ronny boy)
There was no poc then and now there is, also other such opinions as to what has been shut down, shut in etc, lots of scope even without a new well which would undoubtedly come down to the expertise of a certain few.

Tried to log on (been so long) but couldn't.
I think gspc may find the money. On the positive side that would be good short term, but if taking to arbitration I feel very bad news as there could be no forward movement for god knows how long.

Anyone kept tabs on watts / magna / bhandari. I have lost touch, but did they ever use any of their £250 million with access to more. Cant even remember if that is correct funding Magna got.
