Yes Gspc have been ordered to commence arbitration on or before 1st December. Should they not file intention to do so, or stump up cash then I would assume 100% cambay would be awarded to oilex. Is that gspc must continue to pay current 55% and future 55% of their costs throughout arbitration. To me that would mean that shares are able to continue to trade should they commence arbitration.
