Cost of viral infections in COPD patients is 'massive' to NHS. IF Synairgen's SNG001 inhaled interferon passes the current trial parameters in early 2020 then get your calculator out and work out multiples of the £6m current MCap. This could easily head for the £100m mark.......I'm sure someone in pharma out there is eyeing this with covetous intent.....we will see.

Entering 2020 with potential blockbuster SNG001 trial reporting soon why would a big pharma like Astra not re-enter this space and take a punt at this MCap????

First time ever that i've had open quote for my shares on 'any' quantity. Something is afoot imo.

Crazy thing is......if this were an oil tiddler with MCap £7m drilling a well in known oilfield and around 50% CoS with total depth due to be reached in 12 weeks and an immediate payback of £10-100's of millions on success.....it WOULD BE FLYING!!!

Macap now is a mere £7m with fully funded SNG 001 trial in progress, results due Q1 2020. I am not overstating when I say that this could comfortably rise by anything from 500-1000% on meeting COPD end points. Unbelievably good short-term risk/reward profile here given the underlying quality. Very happy to hold and add more. Some big Pharma is missing a very good punt here by not buying Synairgen pre-trial results. Peanuts if all goes well (as actually expected)....

Being marked down on small volume. To be quite honest the news from BI regarding Pharmaxis and NASH is minuscule for Synairgen. The elephant in the room is in Synairgens own hand with the current inhaled interferon trial for COPD... Potential massive. Nice when Pharmaxis can tie up the LOXL2 deal as SNG get forward monies but the pivotal (transformational) news will be closer to home with SNG001. Not long to wait now and cheap as chips IMO.

Looks as if the price has been walked down to shake out last sellers and the feeders are picking up shares as above. Will bounce as soon as MM decides supply has dried up. Accumulator pending news???

Soon as price hits a gnats breath under 6.5 the buy order kicks in......interesting.

Gobsmacked. Ridiculous difference here between MCap and intrinsic value! We are now back to the same level that funds were raised in 2017. Hence the big buyers coming in at this level. Silly world but vale will shine out ..... eventually.....

Totally agree. £4.50'ish is logical first level for rerate.

First positive divergence between Aviva and FTSE100 for long time. This does look very interesting now.

Agreed, but I assume we both see a big discepancy here between underlying value and current share-price. I think the re-rate will happen quite rapidly when it sinks in to the bigger II's sat on the sidelines. Either way, bounce or after-burner I'm happy.
