There’s a lot of investment in AI worldwide and Capita are partnering with big boys like Microsoft and Amazon.

The AGM is 3 weeks today, then we’ve got the June statement after that. We should have normal service levels for the civil service pension scheme by the end of June so that should boost things. Most previous targets like cost reduction and positive free cash flow were met and exceeded so (other than a few recent slip ups) I’m confident they’ll deliver.

I think it’s worth at least 3 or 4 times the current price too @OldAlarvian .

I’m not risking selling yet though. The share price can pick up very suddenly and I’ve waited too long to miss it. But whatever you feel is right for you.. 🙂

It may have been a problem contract but it’s not good publicity. I’ve emailed IR to express this and urge them to get their act together (although I still think we’re doing well generally- even though it’s not as quick or as much as I’d like).

That’s my honest and balanced view. I’m still invested and will wait for the jam and cream.

I think there may be a few minor dips but it seems from the evidence (positive free cash flow, contracts, dividend possibility etc etc) that Capita shares will generally go up from here.

Shorters don’t bother us. They’re trying hard if they need to impersonate users of this board 🤣.

Long term holders just need to sit tight for a little longer. Share price appreciation and dividends are coming. Sustainable Positive free cash flow is the first sign of this.

A special / interim dividend would be nice. That can be paid by approval of the board without a shareholder vote.

It has been a long wait. The difference now is- when dividends were first stopped, we were told that they would be reinstated once sustainable positive free cash flow is achieved. This is expected for 2026 and 2027 (with 2028 to be confirmed)

Other than a few bumps, Capita shares have gone up since this time last year and will go up more once a few things are cleared up and confirmed. Long term holders will be rewarded for their patience. Positive free cash flow has already been achieved and is also confirmed for 2027- it’s therefore reasonable to say it is sustainable. Once dividends are back, I expect bigger investments from institutions.

I have purchased more yes. Capita is my biggest holding. Other major companies also agree. And yes in the medium to long term it has the potential to go to £9-£10 (that’s being sensible- it could be higher)

The share price is up over a 12 month period and will be higher still in another 12 months. I’m personally sure it will be double or more in another 12 months from what it is today.

You won’t get us to sell so don’t waste your time.

The loss making part of the business will no longer cause future losses but we will receive up to 60 million depending on its performance.

Dividends are dependent on positive free cash flow and is expected for 2026 and 2027 at least.

We know dividends are not far off as positive free cash flow was the pre requisite. We know that 20-40 million cash flow will be achieved this year and up to double that next year. We therefore have sustainable positive free cash flow. The half year update in 3 months should confirm it and the full year results in 12 months will definitely confirm it.

Not a lot could stop Capita shares from going up now.

Positive free cash flow is expected to go up every year and the loss making part of the business has gone (but we could still get around £60 million from it).

Dividends are just a matter of time - (3-12 months?) There’s no reason for the Capita share price not to go up from what we can see. Shorters are clinging to straws and in the short term there may be some volatility but overall - the only way is up!

I understand your frustration @Trenners. I’ve been waiting for this for a long time too.

I think it’s important to add that, there may have been an internal mix up recently and it shouldn’t have happened but on the grand scale of things it’s a relatively small mix up.

We’re still on track for cost saving and growing positive free cash flow. We’ve also got rid of the area of the business that was causing losses (we may still benefit from it next year if the buyer can sort it out). I think we’re finally there. The June update and half year results in July / August are going to be interesting.

The contact centre business that was causing losses and causing the share price to drop has now gone so there’s need reason why we can’t start flying.

I think in the short, debt will be slightly higher and revenue may be slightly lower due to the contact centre revenue no longer being included- but generally I’m confident that there will be huge savings, positive free cash flow will continue to grow and it may hopefully not be too long before shareholders get some jam and cream in the form of dividends.

The next few months will be interesting to get updated figures etc. I’m holding on to my shares

It’s a bit quiet for now due to lack of news.

But nothing’s changed- Capita is still on track for 20-40 million free cash flow next year and up to £80 million next year.

Dividends are when not if. The share price will not be like this in August
