There’s still time to buy Capita shares for anyone who hasn’t caught the train yet. I expect the share price to be at least double and pay a dividend in the short to medium term.

But this is the ‘final call’ as they say at the airport!

Fy25 and guidance for 26/27 should be released within the next 4-5 weeks

A dividend’s not out of the question. If we have 20m fcf and 120m shares in circulation, then even a token dividend of 2p for example would only cost around 2.4m. We’d still have 17.6 million for investments and other things to strengthen the company.

Whether they announce it in March, I don’t know but there’s a high chance of dividends being mentioned and or paid anytime between now and fy26.

A bit of a lazy share price at the moment. But I’m expecting it to pick up. Should get forward guidance in the next 4-5 weeks. Confirming positive free cash flow.

I topped up with some more Capital shares recently too.

A cool £2 million purchase at 11.40 today.

A bit of a boring day generally but not long till we get forward guidance confirming positive free cash flow!

The exact dividend amount is hard to predict and can depend on various things but at the moment even a few pence to get things rolling would be good.

I assume It would then increase as the share price, market cap, revenue etc increases. The positive free cash flow is expected to increase every year now.

My research (including contacting Capita directly) confirms that there is no change to previous guidance regarding free cash flow- this to my understanding means that we are cash flow POSITIVE right NOW.

It’ll be interesting to see how long it is before dividends are restored. That will be a major turning point for Capital and should mean further investment from income seeking investors (including organisations).

I’m counting down to the March statement and forward guidance regarding 2026/27.

Great news for Capita. Hopefully the start of a great year with more positive news from March onwards.

I know the team are working hard to grow the company. AH was in the US recently too. Not long till the March update.

Free cash flow from the ‘end’ of 2025 is what we were told. This will therefore be evident going forward from 2026.

Maybe they have 😂😂. I suspect that whoever they’re working for is buying up Capita shares today.

There’s no other reason they would want the price to be lower. But it won’t stay low for long. 2026 is set to be a turning point year. Can’t wait for the March update to get a 2026/27 forecast

I think they’ll be thinking that at least £4.50 and maybe double that WILL happen either at the end of this month or the coming months. £2.25 however will never happen! 😂

I’d recommend to ignore this the shorters / haters rather than engaging. They don’t deserve our time.

Our main focus is Capita shares and Capita is going up! The next 2-12 months will be so exciting. 🚀✈️

Fully agree @Capitalizer and @Trisor. We’re doing well. I’m expecting a lot more good news regarding Capita.

A bit quiet this week but the share price is still holding well. All still according to plan. Hoping it’ll start taking off in March. Not long till the update

Capita share price targets haven’t changed. I suspect it will be up and down till the next update in 2 months. The Civil service pension thing is annoying but hoping they’ll sort it soon.

Barclays already predicted 600p (which is easily possible ) but they way things are going, Cannacords 900p target is quite possible too. March results will confirm positive free cash flow. New contracts are flowing and there’s a lot more in the pipeline. We may rejoin the ftse250 at some point.

I can’t wait till we start talking about dividends. A buyout offer is always possible too.

A re-rate of the share price shouldn’t be far off. I’m still fully invested. It’s hard to find a share with this much potential.
