Afternoon All, as an investor here can I request a positive RNS for my Birthday on Monday at 7:00 AM ? I am not too fussy which of our four main companies it is.

Regarding the Jarvis holding it is probably private investors, like myself, that trade the shares under X-O which is the execution only share dealing site who trade under Jarvis Investment Management. I wish I held the 3.7% but I hold a few.

Abecedarian, Oxus and Churchill had different circumstances in that the claims were against the government not individuals as per PFP although you may argue that Veloso and his contacts are as good as fighting the government !

Nobody knows what the issue is, it might be either Jacinto Veloso and Diogo Cavaco not playing ball or it might be that there are still issues in getting the funding.

Yes I have been invested here since 2013, no sympathy please, and the last thing I want is the company to fold as this will just give the Mozambique government the get out of jail card they have been hoping for. In my opinion we have to keep going and get Henry with all his contacts in this country and in Mozambique to sort this mess out if it is down to Jacinto Veloso and Diogo Cavaco.

Please remember we have one of the most respected legal systems in the world which have found ownership of the licenses in PFP’s favour.

Not sure if the Mozambique thieves, strong words but upheld in the UK Courts, read these boards or their associates but they must be rubbing their hands in glee at all the posts saying the Company will fold as if the delay is in their hands they will just stall even more.

PFP Board needs to keep this Company going and shame Mozambique as a Country, shame their legal system and shame their government. Please insert corrupt as you feel appropriate.

I have e-mailed the BOD my thoughts and if too complicated about keeping an interest in the license just sell the licence and divide the amount by an agreed amount. Surely it is in everyone’s interests to find a solution.

You should have also mentioned that the £80m market cap was based on the original scoping study not the enhanced recent one so not sure what that £80m would be now based on the recent scoping study ?

Don't forget anyone who holds shares with a Broker they will probably be held in a nominee account and you will need to contact the Broker and ask them how you go about the process of casting your vote. I contacted Pathfinder and my Broker and Pathfinder kindly sent me a form which I could send to my broker to use. Be warned this might cost you, in my case �24 x 2 = �48 for me and the wife, also start the process at least 2 weeks before the vote. Money well spent voting AGAINST the resolutions. So to summarise MY thoughts: - 1) Should someone who is looking to take control of the company post on a BB � NO 2) Should this person insult people who do not agree with him � NO 3) Should we trust a complex legal matter of regaining the company to a group who cannot send the EGM request to the correct email address and then blame the BOD for stalling tactics � (any issues with what the BOD has done report it to the FSA Mr Jennings) 4) Should we trust the company to a group who has not thoroughly checked whether an individual is allowed back on the Board, Mr James Normand ? 5) Should we trust the company to a group of individuals that accuse the BOD of not having any negotiations when they only speak to one of the interested parties and are proved incorrect ? 6) Would the new BOD be able to identify attempts to monetise the license as per the current BOD ? 7) Is there a chance if the EGM is successful that Diogo Cavaco will run rings around them and our investment will be worth pennies ? 8) Has Align lost money through investing and PFP and could potentially look for a short term share rise to take their money out ? 9) Has the current BOD got in place all the connections they need to resolve this and will a change of BOD cause issues ? 10) My opinion is if any negotiations are on going with the General or Cavaco stop them immediately as I would rather lose my money than hand a penny over to them. God help the Mozambique economy if the Moz. Courts disregard the English High Court ruling 11) Is the Directors numeration too high � YES (there is still some discrepancy over when the BOD�s wages were reduced) 12) Apart from negotiating, which I am against, could the BOD have done anymore to gain the license back � NO (they went to the High Court , Moz Court and cancelled Cavaco and the Generals shares) 13) Am I related to Trew or any of the BOD � NO (just in case Jennings wants to level that one at me) 14) Have I been in contact with my Broker and voting AGAINST the resolution � YES 15) Am I expecting personal insults from Jennings and his other posters on this BB � YES A question, what happens now to the EGM as there is only one candidate for the BOD and who will he replace ?

Being a LTH of several million shares since the 01/03/13 I thought I would put my thoughts across. When Align first started posting I had my doubts but then started warming to them but then they started posting on the BB I thought was it right that they could say what they wanted without the BOD having a chance to reply apart from issuing numerous RNS. Also I did not like the insulting and aggressive attitude specifically towards �longandwrong� with phrases such as �Longandwrong (aptly named) - do NOT bother replying� and �I pity you re your perception of reality� and �Who are u Trew's son? Wife? U are not well� and �Who are u? Trew/his son/wife? No impartial shareholder would assert such latent nonsense and lies�. Also we have a general insult �Anybody who votes against that proposal is mad, deluded or an associate of Trew.� I have no problem with share banter and I can understand peoples frustration after many years, for some of us, but coming from a group of people who are trying to take control of the company, very unprofessional. Just click on �RICHIEYBOY666� on his postings and see the other companies he is posting on and insults that are being dished out. Part 2 to follow ...........

Longandwrong I totally agree with you. This mess should have been sorted out years ago but the Mozambique legal system are either totally incompetent or are frightened to make a judgement owing to Veloso still having sway within the powers that be or both. We have a ruling in Pathfinders favour from the British legal system, one of the most respected in the world and the Mozambique legal system has taken years to judge whether they can recognise this ruling or not. I reckon a junior clerk in a British law chambers could work that one out in a week. This whole episode does not reflect well on the Mozambique legal system and the government for not sorting this out years ago and the potential risk of future investment by overseas firms. Our BOD have done their best in sorting this mess out by using the legal systems and a go between, what more could they have done as I think the long term holders of Pathfinder would agree. Now we come to Align, to start with here is a statement below from Richard Jennings on the 4th of November 2017 � I recently met with CEO Nick Trew and came away with the distinct impression that he is completely focussed upon bringing this long running litigation to a positive conclusion for shareholders. I also got the impression that he would like to minimise dilution from this point on too. From December the 26th 2917 �.. In illustrating our conviction in this call we hold just over 3% of the company. February 11th 2017 they now hold nearly 4% and all of a sudden they are now advocating the removal of Nick Trew and Henry Bellingham. If they bought their 4% at 1p then they are currently down about �28k from their initial investment of �91k, not good. What better way to get the price moving than talk of communication with the Veloso, an EGM and replacing Trew and Bellingham ? So even if Align are in contact with Veloso are we going to trust Veloso who has :- Initially called an EGM and stole the licenses, as per the British Courts ruling. Challenged the ruling in the British Courts and produced no evidence. Challenges every legal ruling in the hope that Pathfinder goes bust. Produces a blog that has half-truths in it. As the saying goes would you buy a second hand car from this man? I think Veloso and his colleagues should feel ashamed of themselves of what they have done in depriving the economy and local people of money and work. I hold several million shares from March 2013 onwards am I going to support Align, no way. There could be a conspiracy theory here, did the talks collapse on purpose putting pressure on the BOD and a chance of getting one over on Trew and Bellingham by being ousted with Align�s assistance ? If Align want to assist then their time is better spent contacting the Mozambique Courts and Ministers to sort this mess out. I would like the Mozambique Courts to rule in our favour as we will save a lot of shares and payments

That was my 15,000 buy. After watching this share for over a year I have finally invested, the latest RNS finally gave me the push I required. Any share that Schoolboy is invested in is a good share in my opinion. Looking forward to a steady rise from here.
