I can only imagine you sold out of boredom Piotr, judging by some of your earlier posts.

I cant imagine many lth (some of us having held for over a year and others many years such as Lee, Jamie, Pharma, CV7) selling with where the market cap sits against where the company is currently at.

Refinancing will help push the market cap past current joke we’re at, but even then this would be undervalued and continue to rerate with confidence and an open season for directors to add to holdings given current closed period.

Directors were adding around 5p (last big buy was 250 grands worth). They didnt do so to lose money, he was confident then and with the new team on board i feel confidence will be at all time highs.

Would take my 3m closer to the ask price (0.98) in one go. Added a million instead at 0.998 around 4pm which isn’t showing on recent trades.

Im assuming a few other buys/sells aren’t showing either as the price is being held for a reason. Patience will win the day. GL

It’s going to be hard for anyone to buy any volume without negotiating at a much higher price. When this was sat at 1.15p on ask to buy with multiple mm’s 500k shares was actually 1.30p via negotiated trade.

The same pattern will follow up to 2p and above.

Reason for some liquidity over the past week was due to a LTH needing some funds, i think he sold 2m.

65% owned by 2 major shareholders with around another 20% owned by ii’s. Then theres a number of pi’s holding large amounts that wont entertain selling below 5p - i reckon this accounts for at least another 10% of shares in issue.

Given how hard it is to buy into this, due to the low free float i expect minimum of 3p on refinancing news.

10 months ago we were around 1.6-1.7p on rumour of the financing getting done, since then so much has happened and most if not all of it was positive (namely posting profits in each of the last 3 quarters approx 3-5m a quarter), gold price up from $1100 to close to $1500 an ounce and much more.

Todays price is a joke. It wont be for long imo.

Agree with this, we have more cash in bank than the mcap, no debt so no good reason for this to languish down here. Will fix itself soon enough. GL

Look at the 3 month chart, the drops each time are way too aggressive and over done and each time it bounces harder than before. I wouldn’t be suprised if come next Friday we close closer to 70p. One thing for sure is 30p is f’ing ridiculous, crime against lth.

Only a few weeks ago this bounced from sub 50p to above 70p in a couple days. Expecting a similar type of bounce this time round.

Having looked through further rns i just dont understand the drop.

This had a broker forecast of over 550p given in August. Director buys close to 200p 5-6 months ago and nothing that would suggest the type of drop that warrants current mcap of only 18m. Ridiculous
