what a pile of dog ****, go and have a look at where polo resources share holders find themselves, which is a clue where gcm is going before you praise such a bent 'business man'.
safe pair of hands ha ha ha
- If only you had listened here and bought in. You would’ve made your Polo losses back.
Can’t hide the agenda mate, i know it hurts knowing Tang is on the cusp of something great at your expense but don’t dwell on the past and buy some while you can down here.
Now come over here and rub my back.
‘Before such a complex and complicated scenario plays out, which is why you look at all eventualities’
Yeah a company 105th amongst fortune 500 companies completely pulling the plug on financing mid way through a project worth 100 billion $. A company that already has a massive presence in Bangla.
The complicated part is figuring out your train of thought. Lol
A more logical eventuality would be: Joint proposal, stick to water tight agreements, do the work, get rich. That applies to GCM, PC and results in Bangla govt saving approx 5 billion dollars annually.
We’re not dealing with your local second hand shop here Jamess.
You mean the scenario made up in your head? LOL
Water tight contracts falling apart from billion $ fortune 500 company - just so a hypothetical scenario in your head can play out.
Wanting answers to all the wrong questions, it makes sense why investors like you lose money.
Ollie wait to see what the price looks like on approval…might need to join your 8 and 4p pricepoints, 84p.
Jamess has gone back to his ‘I’m a worried investor’ routine LOL. We don’t forget you deramping here from 2p cause you can’t get over your Polo losses mate, have a kit kat.

Your buy is showing up here wise one.
Running out of money meaning we’d have approval and gone through a billion $ of PC cash - most will have retired off the back of approval SP and wouldn’t give a toss.
I’m pretty sure JV’s signed will cover all funding eventualities (given its importance LOL) so let’s not worry about made up scenarios just yet guys.
This one actually looks like a sell Searcher going by timestamp but never know with mm shenanigans, the 3 prior were all definitely buys, buyer is gobbling up everything!!
Knowing someone is buying up soooo many shares is the most bullish sign any pi could ask for and we have it!!
For guys looking for a quick trade & profit the stuttering SP probably has them questioning themselves but for those of us here for true value, all the signs are positive!! The SP will catch up when it’s time. GLA
As Pete earlier mentioned the NED’s were priced in, the RNS confirming they’ve been found and due diligence was being done satisfied the market, we as holders were impatient because so much depended on getting them approved by Nomad.
The average PI isn’t fully convinced hence not a lot of buying compared to the current situation, days like last Mondays rise and pull back don’t help but these are all Aim Shenanigans.
The vast majority of shares being taken up are by whoever is loading up, with market makers happy to manipulate the share price until they’re done.
It might be we get TR1 around the time approval comes through, either way today’s news has definitely settled nerves around losing our Nomad so a great day irrespective of SP.
Searcher our buyer picked up 3x 100k blocks today, one at 8.40am too.
He’s well over 10m shares (maybe 20m if he took the 50/250k blocks too).
All pieces for this jigsaw will come together simultaneously and it will be beautiful imo.
YKIR i hear you the salary isn’t important but the role certainly is:
To summarise it’s:
Someone from outside the company who is hired to advise the board and management and help them achieve their strategy.
**The role is very influential. Speak to board members and management. Strings can be pulled.
Looking forward to seeing who it is, we already know candidates have been found for this role and another. The PC funding recently announced, change of NED’s, ministers talking open pit, big buyers loading up. All links to GOVT imo - all signs point to approval.
Gooner, these guys are thorough.
Even when i spoke to them on the phone, everything was answered politely yet thoroughly and very reassuringly.
Obviously the sooner it’s done the better but we’d rather our Nomad is this way than another.
Some info on our Nomad:
We act as a Financial Adviser for private & public companies, and are also the top 3 Nominated Adviser (Nomad) to AIM companies. All AIM listed companies are required to use the services of a Nomad.
We also act as Financial Adviser & Broker to companies on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, Standard List, and the Aquis Exchange (previously named NEX) and the International Property Stock Exchange (IPSX).
- Now do the math, with a reputation to uphold and appointments relating to companies where corruption is present such as Bangla checks are of utmost importance, hence they do them thoroughly (which takes time).
There can be other reasons why the SP is so low when the signs are so clear and we have a monster on our hands.
Just be patient and everything will work itself out. The market makers will let this go when they want and when it goes, it really goes and the wait will have been worth it.
Nomad due diligence checks are no joke:
https://docs.londonstockexchange.com/sites/default/files/documents/inside-aim-issue-5.pdf
⬆️ you can see what’s required.
‘Conducting overseas due diligence via independent experts’
While public record checks form a significant part of the due diligence process, developing a sound assessment of suitability requires NOMADS to use a range of intelligence sources to inform their decision-making.
A rich source of intelligence can be found by gathering third party references and conducting interviews with industry contacts to better understand a director’s reputation and business acumen.
Providing insight into the background, competencies, potential conflict of interest and any political or criminal links of the directors, owners, key management, and decision makers, which could be cause for concern. In addition, the information provided in the directors’ and company’s questionnaires needs to be checked and substantiated for accuracy and completeness.
22m mcap currently was 250m previously when approval was about to be given back then, with a target of 750m.
Read that out loud, do your research. Weigh up risk v reward and throw in everything you can afford to lose. If it comes good you wave bye bye to the cesspit that is trading and ride off into the sunset.
