I suppose, as a director, you are going to put yourself in the firing line if you are arrogant, aggressive and dismissive of your shareholders' concerns. There has been absolutely zero goodwill from GM with shareholders over the years so the criticism he gets is fair and, to be honest, probably isn't strong enough. What benefit are the company receiving from him being there? Why would any potential partner want to do business with him? If this is a success it will be in spite of the BOD which means we need to get very lucky. Its not an investment, its a gamble.
