I've just came to the conclusion that the entire thing is a dud and even if some of the science happens to end in a deal the shareholders won't see a penny of it. Worst company I have ever been involved with and I have learned some valuable lessons. I will be keeping an eye on how this turns out because I will be very disappointed if the BOD are allowed to get away with this.

I could probably get excited about that too if I had just secured over a million quid. They will be high fiving themselves all weekend.

Hi Max - I don't disagree. The main thing that has changed is the loss of a bumper contract. If this can be replaced with a new one (or more?) via Ruyi why would those heights not be possible again? There is a lot of growth potential here so lets just see what unfolds! GL.

it has already been to 60p with one big contract. I'm not saying it will get to 60p tomorrow (or ever) but this is a long play for me and I don't see any reason why this can't be double figures.

Would 60p really be unreasonable if a couple of beefy contracts fell our way? We have a big brother with a lot of contacts now.

Every single post that you have made has been on YU and each one in negative. Bit odd don't you think? There are quite a lot of poorly run companies on the market, not fancy commenting on them? Or would that not suit your agenda?

Chaebol - I'm not invested in this for customer satisfaction. Trust Pilot means nothing here and, with respect, I have checked the reviews and they do not seem to be too bad. 77% of reviews are "excellent". In contrast, 5% of reviews for E.on are "excellent" and 89% are "bad". I'd happily swap their mcap with ours.

Synchro... This is simply about getting a handle on the actual figures and putting the past to bed. In some respects (unless the results are a complete disaster), the figures don't matter too much. The company is not only priced to fail but priced to be bust! It has lost 90% of its value. It is all about confidence and control. The company lost the market's confidence when they lost control of the accounting. Once they can evidence that they have got that control back the rerate is on. Don't get bogged down too much in the figures as there are plenty loss making companies out there which put our Mcap to shame.

lbjj... I'm quite impressed with the SP to be honest. I was expecting it to have fallen lower and lower without any positive news but it has remained largely unchanged. I'm sure a lot of people have lost a lot of money on the markets over the last year who would wish they had it invested in the relative safety of Beowulf. Its not all doom and gloom! Onwards and upwards... Although I agree that Kosovo is crap.

If you believe that the deal will go through then buy as this will instantly double in price once it is confirmed. if you are a longer term investor like I am then there is a real opportunity here to get involved with a big player at the ground level. A couple of contracts and we will see previous highs which is really exciting from these levels.

Also, I didn't say that I thought the trading statement would be good. The company has had a complete stinker here but the punishment from the market has been overdone. If the news looks like we are moving away from the issues then we should see a rerate. I personally don't think that the TU will say that there has been a profit. The company implied it themselves when they said "The Board are confident that the Group will achieve profitability for the year ending 31 December 2019". I'm not here just for the TU though, that's a trader's game. I'm invested for longer term where we should see the recovery.

Hi Chaebol - it is just that I feel your approach is counterproductive, your comments don't make sense unless framed as a poster trying his best to lower the SP. That's the only conclusion I can come to and don't think it is wise to engage with you. If you think the SP will fall (free ride or not) you would sell you shares if you were as savy as you say you are. Plenty of people lurking around these boards with similar posting patterns to you.

Bit of an odd way to look at it. Isn't it obvious that bad news will hurt the SP? That applies to all companies. There is optimism because people are expecting the news to be good which will have a positive impact on the SP. Simple, no?

it is fairly common on a board where the company is seeing a purple patch for people to appear with their little, innocent hints that the SP is going to fall or that its very unlikely to go any higher. Readers just need to decide if they are being told that information out of the goodness of the poster's heart or if there is an ulterior motive.
