I hope so QQ - that would be nice. We have until May and the pessimist in me can see this going down to the wire but it would be great to get it over the line much sooner. Either way, if you have the patience, this is more likely to make you money than not.

To be honest, if Ruyi go then I go and I'm sure that is the same for most shareholders. What is so special about Bagir is this transformational deal they have managed to strike with a real big hitter in the sector. If the deal breaks down it will be a huge blow. I don't think there is any need to talk about what happens if Ruyi don't complete because all signs point to it happening so lets look towards the contracts that they can provide and money we can utilise.

Well it went to 3.3p in the summer when we got a positive update so I don't see why the SP can't ramp up those levels prior to confirmation. I know the 3.5p figure is important as it is what Ruyi paid but I don't want the market to put a ceiling on the SP at that price. Ruyi are buying at that price as they see it as a good entry for making a profit. Clearly, 3.5p is just the beginning. Without sounding ramptastic it only takes one or two contracts thrown our way from Ruyi before this is back over 10p.

unfortunately, he wouldn't give YOU the time of day. The AGM should be fun next time around. I've never felt the need to go to any company's AGM but I think this is a must for any investor with a significant sum. They need to be made accountable. If they can't respond in a professional manner to emails then the least shareholders can do is make them feel uncomfortable at the AGM.

I wonder if they ever think "wow, we aren't very good at running a business are we?". I doubt it but it would be quite refreshing if they admitted it and brought somebody in who could get things done.

Uncanny - It is never advisable to throw good money after bad. You may feel comfortable with a lower average but your average doesn't make a difference if it all goes t!ts up. You will, however, have pumped in a lot more money than the people with higher averages. averaging down is all well and good if the company turns a corner. You are more than likely going to have to average down again on the next fund raise.

Do you think the damage is already done with the BOD? They have lost shareholders' trust. Every time I see a positive RNS I associate it with a fund raise and a SP fall. Everything is orchestrated and it always feels like fighting a losing battle. Not once has there been a rise that has been sustained. This has become a share for traders/vultures. You can make a quick 20% but make sure you get out quick.

This happens every now and again here. The SP drifts lower and lower then one day of 20+% growth makes everybody forget the past and they start coming up with unrealistic short term expectations and suggest that the tide is turning. People have short memories. The trend is down.

WhiteShark - he set the bullsh!t alarms going the second he posted. There are plenty of people on here who like to tell you how many millions etc they have made. Its quite pitiful but I assume it makes him feel better. He was about to drop 100k on it the other day now he wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Wouldn't bother listening.

He was clearly trying his best to pump it to the sky so he was never going to hold long term. Nice to not have constant updates on movements. I bet he runs out of pages in his diary.

It fell quite a way when the delay was announced so it appears to just be rectifying that drop. a base of around 2p in anticipation of news would be my guess.

They won't be punished for a mistake. We have seen multiple instances of the FCA being toothless in instances of pretty serious stuff so I can't see them bringing down the hammer for an accounting error.
