Thanks for all your opinions. It is only a few thousand if I’m being honest and I do enjoy the thrill of a gamble. I do appreciate the advice about the dividends but you can get 5% or more interest on savings can’t you so I’m hoping to find ways of at the very least bettering that. To double up over 12 months is a hopeful target of mine and I’m hoping CMET can be the angel I’m looking for.
Thanks for the response gents. I am keeping an eye on quite a few companies just to get a feel of patterns etc but CMET is my only investment currently. Arguably bad timing as it stands but I was keen to get in before the licensing decision was made. However I am will to be patient as like yourself and quite a few others have said, there does appear to be significant potential here, even if it may take weeks or months.
I’m new to investing as of 3 months or so ago so I’m still trying to learn the ins and outs of how it all works. But would someone mind telling me exactly how days like today work? It leads you to believe the whole system is rigged to suit the big boys. All info according to this site suggests there’s been £2750ish worth of “sells” todays and over £16,000 of “buy” today. If the buying exceeds selling by over 5x how on earth does it lead to a 9% fall? If there’s a large sell that’s been delayed why is it allowed to be delayed? I see many trades, not necessarily with this company ,however there has been a few, that are declared as “unknown” . Again, why is this allowed to happen? Shouldn’t all information be transparent for all to see? Would love to hear everyone’s views.
What everyone’s thoughts on the slide? I thought the licensing news last week was meant to be a ticket to the moon? Yet from 20% up on the day it’s been in free fall ever since. Just traders playing games or something fundamentally amiss? To slide so far on so many consecutive days now and on so few trades and petty amounts as well. Thanks all.
Can anyone explain what might be the reason for the big drop today. Huge rise on the back of the license announcement yesterday only to lose all gains in the same day. And then a further 17% so far today? I thought the licence was meant to be a ticket to the moon? Any opinions appreciated
I’m new to investing so I don’t yet know the ins and outs. Can someone tell me what affects the opening SP. Are companies like rr trading in America for example? How come the opening price is often different from the closing price from the day before? Also, if markets close at 16.30, why do you see trades happening beyond that time? Thanks
