B2 - Re Indian and no time to negotiate a contract - Due to the desperate situation in India and the UK Government offering help. I just wonder whether our products could be offered to India via the UK Government and not direct from the Novacyt to enable supplies to be dispatched quickly.
The reason I say this is at the start of the pandemic last year Primer Design sent products to Egypt on at least 2 occasions via the UK Government.
I certainly hope we can offer help asap, it is heart breaking to see what these poor people are going through - it must be a living hell.

The regular Covid slot with Dr Chris - one of the viewers questions to him "How do we keep the UK moving?"
His response to the question - "It's all about the quality of the monitoring, surveillance & testing - We have in the UK the World's Best Systems for looking for new variants & testing - we must be dynamic in our response, as soon as we see a tick up in variants we need to respond quickly - mass testing etc" I wonder who fits nicely into that!

Over many months many of us have been frustrated with the lack of or quality of the SH Comm's - However I feel that there was definitely a change to the way yesterday's RNS was constructed and the level of detail included almost as if it had been written by another hand? Even some on here who had commented on it could have included more - I for one was extremely happy and pleased with the RNS - Even the layout/detail of the slide posted on Novacyt twitter last night, I feel the business has definitely picked up on SH feedback.
Hat's off to GM & his team - let's hope they will now continue to release regular comm's with the level of detail to satisfy the hunger of SH's - and lets face it, that's a job in itself!

Yesterdays RNS Headline was "R&D and UK operational update" why specify UK and not just Operational Update?

At the height of the pandemic James Dyson offered to build ventilators and had direct conversations with the PM regarding how they could support - however even after Dyson had approx 450 staff working 7 days a week working on this and purchasing the components and spending approx £20 Million - in the end Dyson were told they wouldn't be needed!

Many of us have been speculating following the recent RNS re what the issue has been with the DHSC contract.
We are all aware re the way the Government has had many questioned raised about the way contacts have been procured - well it appears that James Dyson has also been on the receiving end of it too so not only Novacyt.

SC - If you read my post again I didn't mention an increase of 3.3% -I referenced their holding is 3.3%, which is up on their holding noted in the RNS dated 15th March an increase of 355.463 shares approx 0.5%
