I think the motions put before the GM will be passed a and Prem will have access to 5 billion shares.

The major stumbling block is the issue will,Imo only raise £2.8 million after expenses and not the £5million the company was asking for.

After creditors have been settled and normal expenses met there will be insufficient to finance Phase 5.

HILL MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT TO PROGRESS HE WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FUNDING A D WITHOUT IT STARTING PHASE 5 WOULD BE DIFFICULT.

It is starting to look like Phase 5 will not start mid November due to lack of fin̈ance.

During the last interview Hill opened the interview saying ........essential to phase 5 is the finance of it.

That the starting of Phase 5 will be around mid November if the finance is in place.
