It must of become apparent that the funding for Phase 5 was not coming from shareholders.

The betrayal meant Phase 5 could not commence on time .

ZULU would not be in a position to report progress PRIOR TO LONG STOP.

Solution ,commission a full external assessment on the viability of the Zulu plant,let all parties examine the findings and come to an amicable solution prior to the November GM.

FUNDING V VIABILITY will bring results including the move of the long stop.

And please,the chains of Mr Roach have been severed,this is a new era where past errors can be rectified.

I don't think Canmax would have vetted and authorised the proposals for expenditure as detailed in the GM motions if Canmax was to ultimately withdrawal or not support the motions.

My view is that Canmax will aid R&D expenditure.

The commercial discussions may revolve around the current 13.8% holding,value of additional shares and agreement of the other potential investor.
