If you take the time to read what "the little kids" post you will find,from both sides,some very constructive and informative information.

This article highlights the concerns and problems facing high capital investment in Zimbabwe.
I don't blame the government,gone are the days when you could throw a few sweets and go home with bags of diamonds.
As the article points out,the government has the upper hand,however, it is desperate to show case "open for business"
So is the EPO a "done deal" as so many suggest--a lot to consider.
Time will tell.

Garden Eye I would like to read the articles that support your theory regarding a turning economy.
I could fill the BB with horrific reports on the CURRENT state of Zimbabwe economy.
The government talks a good case however many complaints about implementing such.
Even Roach has expressed concern about the availability of funding to take RHA to profitability.
Prem is asset rich and the POTENTIAL is there but all players have to come to the table and agree the way forward.
A very interesting period for company development.

Most on here are mining in Surrey,unwrapping a flake bar and skipping over wild flower meadows.
Still confident in Prem , a little bit of a realist about doing business in Zimbabwe.

Foreign investors reluctant to commit to financial input
Agitated labour force ,increasingly becoming dissatisfied with rampant food price increase,lack of power and swingeing fuel prices.
Government wishing to extract from miners contributions towards infrastructural projects--"Benefaction"
I am sure that the government WILL grant the EPO however terms, conditions and economic climate very,very difficult.
Prem-MUST get all Zulu into special zone.

The Zimb government must make a commitment to advance further finance to RHA over and above the much talked about 6m RTGS.
Can envisage a few monetary problems if the Government starts to renege from the" gentlemen's agreement" on further funding--difficult times for Roach and Government.
Circum may have to save the day .

Confident that by this time next year the official repeal of indigenisation act will result in Prem owning 100% of RHA
