Will you please inform me of the date the Court issued a writ against the company and the date the Bailiffs actioned the order?

According to my interpretation of the last RNS, Goddard has lodged a writ with the Courts, and the Courts have yet to act on the demand.

I cannot envisage a Court issuing any orders whilst the matter is in open negotiations between the parties

Will you please post the facts you hold to support your asset stripping campaign at Zuly.

If, as you say, the Bayliffs have already visited the site and stripped away millions worth of machinery, then I would have expected the company to ask for a suspension. I would have also expected Canmax to intervene to stop the asset stripping.

I certainly would not have expected a rise which at one time exceeded 80%.

In cases like this, the SP is ripped apart at COP, yet it has held very well.

I agree that if Prem can get Zulu producing nameplates and secure SC6, then the revenue generated will service the debt and allow for flexibility.

During Q2, I would now expect 5,000 t per run at a minimum of 6.5% and spot at $ 1,750/$2,000.
