This is how I see the problem resolved:

The real answer: PREM’s working‑capital solution must be external and structured

PREM cannot:

• Raise enough equity

• Borrow conventionally

• Self‑fund development

PREM must:

• Bring in a strategic investor

• Or restructure the Canmax relationship

• Or sell part of Zulu

This is the only path to meaningful working capital.

That is a poor shot across the bows.

Your smear campaign caused more evil than any CEO comments.

You and your followers drummed into the weak and vulnerable tales of "delisting", "bankruptcy", cessation of Canmax negotiations on long stop.

You and your disciples flooded the BB during October, November, and this, more than anything else, had a detrimental effect on the SP.

People believed you that at the end of November Premier would be no more, and here you are starting it all over again.

Do one thing,if you and your buddies are going to launch a new campaign, will you please change the rhetoric, try a different, fresh approach .

I see your campaign is again in full flight. I expect you to dominate the BB with tales of wow, doom, and gloom.

I think the "trips to London" have run their course.

Everyone knew what was coming; it had been posted on numerous occasions, and it was just part of the programme.

Any reduction in SP will soon be reversed as the company moves towards production and revenue.

I do feel that with Graham Hill, the company is in safe hands, he WILL get Zulu into production, he WILL run an efficient plant, and he WILL increase productivity and profitability.

I would like to see Canmax increase prepayment to $50/55m.

Now do the maths

How many tonnes at $750 per tonne

How many tonnes at $1600 per tonnes

Take it over a 5 year plan

This is a placement issue.I agree with others that placing at the current time would be a waste of time and effort.

Premier requires an injection of $ 10-$15 million in capital, and soon, no placement would come anywhere near that amount.

I think there will be a capital restructure between Premier and Canmax, increasing the spodumene advance, increasing the discounts increasing the years of supply. It will cost Premier shareholders, but it is Hobson's Choice
