One must ALWAYS remember that the fate of Premier is firmly held in the hands of Canmax.

If Canmax was not prepared to support Premier, it would NOT have extended the end-of-year date.

This, to me,is a clear indication that Canmax does wish to support Premier.

Can I remind the BB that the loan granted to Premier by George Roach is now due for repayment.

Extract from last years final accounts:

During the 2023 year, a director, Mr. G. Roach advanced the Group $2.269 million including interest. This loan was due to be settled in shares by 31 December 2024. The settlement of this loan was extended to 31 December 2025 and incurred interest in the amount of $0.247 million, $0,088 million of the interest was paid to Mr. G. Roach.

Well aware of the debt being that of Premier rather than Canmax.

However, you may not be aware that it is Canmax that controls the finances; this was the point. Canmax has not made funds available to settle Goddaed.

Hoping Premier lodges a stay of execution.

It is important to remember that it is Canmax who failed to settle Goddards, not Premier.

Premier, as a company,has had no control over finances since 1 April 2025.

In my opinion, the SP has held up well.

Despite the best efforts of many BB posters, the SP did not collapse, stories of Bailiffs visiting Zulu,share suspension today, and the Canmax takeover did not materialise.

If it is true that CMC hit the share, then the resilience can only be commended, nor did it falter with the talk of imminent fundraising.

Yes, the SP is down on the session but it didn't collapse.

Will you please inform me of the date the Court issued a writ against the company and the date the Bailiffs actioned the order?

According to my interpretation of the last RNS, Goddard has lodged a writ with the Courts, and the Courts have yet to act on the demand.

I cannot envisage a Court issuing any orders whilst the matter is in open negotiations between the parties.

Will you please post the facts you hold to support your asset stripping campaign at Zuly?
