The Loan is repayable in new Shares. Premier shall repay each Utilisation Request under the Loan in full on the Repayment Date applicable to such Utilisation Request by issuing to the Lender such number of new Shares ("Settlement Shares") as is equal to the amount of the Loan due on the Repayment Date divided by the Floor Price applicable to the Sale Shares which were sold by the Lender to fund the Utilisation Request.

If Premier is unable for any reason to issue the Settlement Shares by whatever means, repayment of the Loan may be made in cash in an amount which is equal to amount of the Loan plus compounded accrued interest at 8% per annum from the date of the Utilisation Request. No arrangement or other fees are payable under the Loan.

OK, try this one, in January /February next year, as things stand, Prem is committed to repaying the CEO £ 2 million cash.

On the basis that the company will not enjoy any revenue from November/December sales I would be interested in your thoughts as to the source of the £2m cash repayment.

Is that fear or a legitimate question?

Should the company require further finance the movement of the SP is paramount.

Any views anyone?

Yes, I am expecting one further call for cash before receiving product revenue.

Late March, or early April before Prem receives any revenue.

I admit to being very "rampy" over the long-term prospects of the company,the EPO ,Li3 and even increasing output and

efficiency at Zulu.

Not so keen on short-term issues like finance, commencement of commercial production, or logistics although today RNS, be it a little early, did confirm what I had been posting.

So yes, have an optimistic view on some topics not so on others.

Please, have another read of the RNS.

The installation of the new ball mill is expected to be completed in late January /early February.

If the ball mill is installed in February there will still be work to tweak, test, and calibrate the systems.

After such work, you are required to continuously run the mine plant for 22 days to achieve a nameplate.

It is asking a lot,I don't believe it will be achieved in the timeframe you propose.

Zulu will get there however it will require a little longer IMO.

Should CEO deem it necessary to call an EGM then I would not ask for his dismissal as part of any package.

What I would agree to is that George is replaced as CEO at the AGM,he takes a position as Chair of Premier.

I would not like to see the boat rocking during such pivotal times.

The market will not be confident in Premier until the company can demonstrate that the Zulu mine can produce regularly targeted production figures and achieve % grades at acceptable production cost levels.

CEO referred to interim results, the next interim results will be the 6 months to 30/06/2024 by which time Zulu should be at nameplate{plus} production.

Yes I agree, good to get the finances out in the open.

There is a big difference between getting good grades in the lab and replicating such grades on a continuous 22 day plant run at Zulu.

I am expecting commercial grades.

Not expecting the start of a commercial production run until late March/mid-April.

I believe that Premier did previously settle contractors' debt in shares, whether this included Goddard is hard to say.
