I get what you’re saying about re‑rates happening in stages — rise, consolidate, rise again — and in a healthy, fully‑funded operation that’s exactly how it plays out.
But PREM isn’t in that phase yet.
The simple reality is this:
until the market has clarity on Zulu’s funding and the company proves consistent commercial production, any rise will struggle to sustain. Doubt acts like a ceiling. It doesn’t matter how many small rallies we get — without answers to the big questions, the share price will keep hitting resistance.
This isn’t about being negative, it’s just how the market prices risk.
Right now PREM still has two unresolved issues:
• Where is the long‑term Zulu finance coming from?
• Can the company demonstrate stable, commercial‑grade output?
Once those are addressed, that’s when you get the proper re‑rate — the kind that doesn’t just spike and fade, but actually holds and builds.
So yes, we may see rises and consolidations, but the sustained move everyone wants won’t happen until the fundamentals are de‑risked. That’s not pessimism, it’s just how capital behaves.
