Should George get approval to use the 4 billion shares it will not generate sufficient income to place the company on a footing.

4 billion at 0.04 maybe 0.05 will not ease the pressure.

Folks,only said i,m selling next week as IMO there is a possibility of a freefall.

The downward pressure on the SP will affect the placing price, should this be above 0.05 then Prem has done well.

I think this time a lot of shareholders will say enough is enough and sell and, in all honesty, I can sympathize

Prem has been put into a very tight corner and once again the CEO is not raising sufficient money.

To get the ball across the line and a little in the reserve account Prem should be bold and ask for 8/10 million.

Messing about with the odd few million here and there doesn't work, get the bloody debts paid and a lump for working capital.

I am now scratching my head to find solutions to the financial mess facing Premier, the company owes millions and this is increasing daily.

IMO Premier has become the biggest gamble on AIMS,will it come good ??

On this occasion, I do not feel one can rely on the Pandora group to carry the vote.

Based on your post you think it will be a foregone conclusion, no reason for anyone to vote outside the group.

Don't believe all you hear from the Pandora group; they have been dumping shares at a fanatical rate.

Should the majority follow this BB and vote no, then I can see that before the month's end, the share price will collapse into freefall.

On this occasion, I feel that a no-vote may end Premier.

So be it, will start selling on Monday.

My dear boy, it's a discussion board where people can freely express views about their investment in Prem, how they see it's future and pros and cons.

This is a very knowledgeable BB you may not like some of the comments but most have merit.

As you contribute very little to the BB I feel your usual childish comments are a little out of order.

The price I used was after a discount, it was only for demonstration purposes.

Yes I did report spodumene prices each morning and remember all the bloody flack i took from posters.

Decided to stop posting prices.

The anticipated rise in spodumene looks like a nonstarter.

On the figures I used the margin to repay debt is not there, even if you increase production, increase gate price and reduce input costs the ability to clear Canmax is not there..

As things stand Prem stands Zero chance of repaying Canmax by the due date.

I don't think Canmax will make a move, rather a re-negotiated contract will give Prem more time.

You cannot pay debts that Prem holds when you are selling spodumene at c$900 per tonne and production cost is above $800 per tonne.

Expecting 0.07 on cash call, Prem will take the lot in one go.

Further calls will be necessary.
