I would recommend everyone to re-read the last RNS,then read it again and again.

There is so much information within the report I don't think the general market has fully digested the enormity of the transitional program at CPX.

As previously stated, the proceeds from the fundraise are being used to improve the Company's financial position and provide working capital for investment. Key areas for investment include the continued expansion of the sales representative and distribution network, and working capital for the market introduction of the new DMH and SMD products. The vast bulk of the development costs of the latter has already been incurred, although some final commissioning of the DMH production line remains. An initial pre-series batch of fully functional DMH product is currently under lab evaluation and SMD testing remains on track. In addition, the Company expects to announce further patents during the next three months.

New products to come to market, strengthen sales and distribution--talking the right language for a forward-thinking company.

Once Zulu is behaving ,when it is reliable CEO will up the production rate.

We may see production at 7000 tonnes per month.

Zulu nameplate production is 4000 tonnes per month aiming at a grade of SC6.

To achieve nameplate the CEO has informed investors that the plant must run for a continuous period of 21 days.

Spodumene prices continue to fall, now under $1000 per tonne.

Canmax will be entitled to a healthy discount when calculating gate sales.

Please don't look to production as some saving grace.

Even when full production can be achieved Zulu margins will not be sufficient to achieve overall profitability.

The price of spodumene fell below $1000,if Zulu was producing today taking into account Canmax discount it would post a loss to the Trading Account.
