I can't help feeling that the BOD are afraid to close a deal with the Moz government because once that is announced the potential of a takeover must increase and they could all be out of a job. A decent BOD would sort this company out real quick. Product prices will increase and production should increase with the new equipment. I could see a new BOD would treble the share price in no time at all.

All of mine were in an ISA so I don't have to declare them to HMRC. Hargreaves Lansdown sent me individual tax vouchers that show how much DWT I had paid. If they are not in an ISA I guess you have to declare them to HMRC if you are a UK resident but I think you do have an allowance.

You need your broker to send you the tax voucher to show you have been stopped the tax. You also need HMRC to send you a certificate of residency for each year you are claiming the tax back to prove you are a uk tax payer and finally you need to download the DWT form and fill it in and send it all off to the tax office, they won't let you email it.

Just managed to get some back going back 4 years, I lost two years before that as you can only go back 4 years. I am with Hargreaves lansdown, they sent me the vouchers as they are called. I found the Irish tax office very helpful but our HMRC was a pain and took ages to send me anything. I started the process last June and just received the payment last week in euros and then your bank has to give you a conversion rate that is awful! I can't complain it's still 5K that I had written off.

I agree with your comments, they seem like a bunch of amateurs. I am retired now but when I was working we were always very careful how news was relayed to the city, it's so easy to turn a positive into a negative and most of all they don't like surprises. All communications went through a central office that needed to approve what was said and how it was said. The directors really should be more careful how they release news and always put a positive spin on it if at all possible.

I think it's time that the management started pulling their finger out. They constantly deliver bad news to the market and we see their results in the share price. Get production up, sort out the license and get the sales guy on his bike to sell the product. Any decent management team should have all of these in control. I have held these shares for over fifteen years and at this rate we will soon be a penny share again. Message to the management you are not performing, sort it out before you get sorted out by the share holders.

Within a day of each other Berenberg target of £330 and Peel £530 Buy. At these prices if they get production back on track it's undervalued surely

We might find out tomorrow when they announce Q3 production. Let's hope it's good.

Latest addition of Investors Chronicle give them a rating of Buy. Hickey say he has offered the Mozambique Gov 3% up from 1% that he thinks is a fair offer. Been holding these since they were a penny share now hoping they will eventually come good.
