They accepted issuance at 1p last time but the calculation was probably below that, but stock can't be issued at less than 1p. So I can't see anything happening until after an EGM to amend the nominal value - probably to NPV which seems to be popular these days.

They'll get a speeding ticket if it keeps rising like this. Will it be "no reason" or "mind blowing deal" who knows with Akers?

Some activity here today.

They will produce the document and give a date for the EGM. Sometimes stocks return after the document is produced but they have stated, "shares be suspended with immediate effect pending the publication of the required AIM Admission Document and shareholder approval of the Acquisition." So we will have to wait until after the EGM which will be several weeks after the document is produced.

Looks like Sloane are developing coal power stations using USC (ultra-supercritical technology). So the market is there. I was thinking metals but this looks pretty good to me. We already have SRK's report so may not take that long to sow up the deal.

There are another 167m converted from earlier warrants. If you wanted a listing via a rto you wouldn't want 40% potentially issued from warrants. So maybe rlh wanted to tidy it up and encouraged the warrant holders. Though what happened to Akers' 600m shares is still a mystery.

But why now? They have 3 years. Unless it's simply a scam and no one is trying to do a rto. Anyway I can't see any evidence of 425m shares being sold in the market.

Just a quick calculation shows Akers took 250m, followed by 175m exercised warrants. Others exercised older warrants to the tune of 167m. Then we have a 100m in a placing. So that's 692m new shares, but the company website shows few large holders. The only new one is spreadex. Akers isn't there at all. Shares presumably have been transferred around without any statements? 692m is more than half of all the shares. This also means that they have and extra £900k in the bank - so they must need that for something. Akers may still have 200m warrants so that's even more cash to come. Any ideas? Will this be the shell of the year?
