As far as I can see the new company isn't doing much so maybe the intention is to buy part or all of the business and keep a name almost identical. Dr Speirs of Polymer will probably want the best deal he can get - he owns 100% of Polymer more or less. Certainly interesting. I also noticed that Polymer have recently (sept) satisfied a whole load of bank guarantees - paid off or had removed. FET have been acquisitive since they listed.

I know people were looking at Sovereign Gold but consider Polymer. Polymer Holdings own nearly 29% of cxm and have a loan outstanding of nearly £1m. Now Polymer are a successful private company, operating through Tube Tec Protection ltd. which makes various things including products for the oil industry. Further a new company was set up 9 months ago called Tube Tec Protection Services ltd. owned 100% by Forum Energy Technologies (uk) ltd. So I suggest dyor to see where this is going.

Just to clarify. From the last full year accts. Conexion Entertainment Group LLC is 70% owned by Conexion Media Entertainment Inc (dormant?) which in turn is 100% owned by CXM. The value put on subsidaries was £639k. The big issue here, presumably is the loan to Polymer which with interest must now be over £1.2m and technically due for repayment at the end of the year, though they are negotiating. I presume Stanhill see something here that most don't, so I'm in if they are!

Fine, but there is no rns about the £750k being received. I presume it was all spent as they're using the Dutchess facility. Ditto for the loan which seemed to disappear in a blink of an eye. I'm sure this has a chance of coming good but it's going to need serious investment if they can spend nearly £1m so quickly. I expect the Dutchess facility to fully used, maybe not yet but within the next 9 months, hopefully at higher prices - not that we know what price has been used to date. If I had a quid for everytime a director told me things were getting better I wouldn't need to invest. The classic "are things going well" "better than well, you're be pleased soon". The SP was 240p at that time, 2 months later it was 40p!

I must admit their info is a bit light in detail. No mention of the loan when it happened, no mention of the CPS recepts when they happened (£750k so far!), no price for the Dutchess shares. The web site still has no updates for rule 26 for advisers and shareholdings. I can find no mention of Donovan Neale May or any of his interests as advisers to the company. WIll he be in the CPS? Maybe he's more than just an investor.
