Banbury Boy (and others). Apologies, I do not know the full history of Titan. You quote £100 million for the sale of Titan. Is this the amount that SAGA have wanted for the sale in the past? With the upsurge and pent up demand for holidays in 2021/22 could the brand Titan now be worth more than £100 million.? Might Saga be tempted to hold onto it and relaunch?

Otherwise I like your predictions, especially the FTSE250.

Me and SWMBO, both retired have a joint account with HL that is invested in a number of trusts in various parts of the world – Asia, America, UK, China and India so as not to have all of our eggs in one basket.

We have always had a sideline in Share.com (now ii) where the privatisation shares like UU, Halifax and BB went. I continued to dabble, mostly losing on things like Woolworths and Lloyds.

When Covid came I started to dabble a little more seeing that the drop in share prices would last 2 or three months! After which I could make a profit to pay for the couple of holidays in the sun we like.

I own up – I saw a tip for Saga on Motley Fool so invested just before RDH came along. I also bought into GRG & BDEV as two recovery stocks. Folk have to eat and live in houses. Also bought into Gold via MTL and Greenland mining via JAY. Showing good profits from SAGA, BDEV, GRG and MTL but not from JAY as yet.

This has not taken over my life but it sure passes the days of lockdown. I have great faith in SAGA and topping up when finances allow. Twice took a holiday with them but now do our own thing. But I did show faith by taking up their 3 year car insurance.

I was a little worried this week. I'm in SMT as are two grandchildren and now my daughter. She just opened an account with HL and bought SMT as first purchase. Topped up my grandson at £10 per share for his birthday on Monday.

By Friday I reckon we'll all be quids in. GLA.

I read but don't necessarily post or uptick. This is one of the most informative and knowledgeable BBs that I do read. Lots of positivity and experience too. Next week I may have a few quid spare from my pension and I think it will go to Saga rather than a few other shares of mine.

The pattern since the relisting in October is one of spikes immediately after MTLs (positive) updates, temporary lifts as interest in MTL increases and then quickly wanes.

I do not understand why there are not more director buys at these prices.

The next update should be early to mid April which will see yet more positive news to lift us out this rut – more gold, reduced debt and information on prospecting more areas of the mine site. This time of year in The Philippines is the best in terms of weather with no typhoons to disrupt the day to day working of the site.

We are indeed in one of the warmer periods of Earth's ever changing weather.
