What revenue is expected from the current renewable projects and when is the revenue expected to be realised?

We have four renewables projects in the portfolio.

Two projects are funded to ready-to-build status. We have succeeded with our recent fundraise that will be allocated to developing the other two prospects.

SunSteppe will remain the developer and will bring things to ready-to-build status that will then attract investors. We can then sell projects in their entirety to developers for a development premium or potentially we can get a development premium plus a small carried equity stake.

Our research on past development premiums in Mongolia tells us that developers have been paid between $50,000 - $100,000 per MW for commercially attractive projects that are at the ready-to-build stage.

SunSteppe currently has 274MW of near-term projects, (first 3 projects) and we have 1.5GW (plus another 1.5GW of contingent) that may be longer term.

We believe that the potential for capital injections into the business from these projects through development premia could be significant.
