Facts about the Santa Cruz Assets

- The Santa Cruz Assets consist of 12 oil and gas fields with significant production from Upper Jurassic Tobifera and Lower Cretaceous Springhill.

- There are 83 wells in the Santa Cruz Assets, including 72 producers and 11 water injectors.

- There are no pending exploration investment commitments agreed for the respective licenses, and capex requirements for 2020 are expected to be low.

- Significant potential to further increase production including through a program of new drillings and workovers.

- Upcoming Campo Limite exploration well (CLi-x1001) providing potential upside.

- The other license holders are Echo Parties, which are subsidiaries of Echo, a company listed in the London Stock Exchange AIM, that recently, in a separate transaction, acquired a 70 per cent interest in the Santa Cruz Assets from Phoenix Global Resources, and IOG Resources S.A., a subsidiary of Integra Oil & Gas which acquired 21.66 per cent from Roch.

- Selva Maria Oil will be appointed operator until Interoil has been granted the operator licence from the Argentinian government.

WT, speaking of how many wells we have i find it strange our junior partner (interoil) state the Santa Cruz sur as follows, (Chorillos, Campo Bremen, Ocèano and Moy Aike) consist of 13 producing fields with 42 oil wells and 30 gas wells, this is at odds with MH / ECHO summary as stated in the last question & evasion session.

BurtonD, yes its all good news on the oil and gas fron, or should be, but we (ECHO) need to get more out of the ground to benefit from this increase in prices, something our "team" seem loathe to do.
Argentine winter is approaching fast and i do wonder if this will be the next excuse used, its been used many times in previous years.

There lies the problem, no updates / news and when there is something released its never inevitable, its maybe or when or if or once but certainly never certain, even this pipeline being completed, great news but wait, we need another 15 days to get back to production, then there was June 8th last year RNS re the workovers, have we got round to those yet ?, MH is a money man and good at his job, when it comes to oil and gas he has yet to produce an additional cup full, get the finger out and get some damn work done.

Hard to say if thats the case as they do not clearly state SCS, all they do say is the workovers at their MMO-15 field started in May but the MMO field has nothing to do with us.

i would agree they need to get their finger out and do some work, no doubt there are reasons but i am getting fed up with the time it takes them to do anything, and if MH is reading i will be at the next AGM and i will be asking questions you never answered during the question and evasion session.

ranger, difference is goza said "Needs to go if this share is not into double figures in 12 months time", i think most would be unhappy (including me) if the sp is still languishing in low single digits 12 months from now though i do wonder if double digits in 12 months is possible, be great if it was, i would be well happy with 7 or 8p in 12 months.

chab, as you say good to see "genuine" investors singing from the same hymn sheet, that is something that has been lacking on this board, so many low lifes on here that seek to put the company down, as for the long awaited RNS the sooner the better for those that are genuine investors.

Seems we must be patient for a little longer, once the pipeline upgrade is completed its back to full production plus some more on top, then add the workovers, patience, our time will come.

I have been waiting several years for this ship to arrive and think it would be a shame if ECHO let the momentum from the bond holders agreement slip away, if i were MH i would be out there kicking butt.

Yep i read 45 days after procurement as well, so 45 days from mid April equals the end of May so any day now.

utility, i was a bit disappointed it was not the pipeline completed RNS i had wanted but 0.5 million $ will do for today, i still expect the pipeline completed RNS very very soon,

Good news RNS but not the pipeline news i was hoping for, VAT refund willgo a long way to paying for the workovers.
