40 years O&G, UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa & the Far East, offshore and onshore rig sites and operations, i have seen several posters on various boards go on about the O&G industry though their experience is offshore based only, onshore is a complete different operation especially in third world type countries, enough, suggest we wait and see who is right rather than these ping pong posts..

ranger, i tend to believe what the RNS says and it says 23km of new pipeline, i believe we discussed this earlier after the initial RNS, as i said then this is not Keystone XL 30" pipeline, we are speaking replacing small OD pipelines from remote wells each producing a fairly small amount of liquids / gas, my guess these will be tied into a manifold which will channel all lines into one for transportation to the main pipeline, as for the pressure test its standard practice to pressure test a newly fabricated "pressure containing" piece of equipment in accordance with API.
As for valves i am sure there will be as each line may need isolated at some point, will these be welded or WECO type i have no idea, upto the engineers.
Guess we need to await the RNS telling us things are completed though i doubt it will go into detail.

Think we can also say many new investors that had bought in around the 0.4 to 0.7p region have sold out and are sitting on the sideline, yesterdays RNS though upbeat was not the news theyy are waiting on, just a waiting game.

Wonder how long this bit of road is, the RNS says the pipeline equipment which i assume would be a manifold is being fabricated in Buenos Aires now, given its just to hook in a few pipe lines from remote wells it will not be a huge piece of kit, quick welding job followed by a bit of NDE and a pressure test then a coat of Dulux, would not surprise me if the laying of pipelines has already started.

The three posts below, Work Overs, Campo Limite and Monte Aymond detail ECHOs current projects, news must be due soon on these, it seems we have attracted several new posters who quite obviously put little value against these projects, guess we need to wait see who is right but i know where my money is placed.

Echo is now pleased to confirm that in addition to the successful operation described above, an initial portfolio of sixteen workovers, focussed on seeking to bring PDNP & 2P reserves intervals into production, has now been matured. Of this portfolio of potential projects, four initial opportunities (consisting of 3 well workovers to bring associated PDNP 1P reserves into production and one project targeting 2P reserves) are estimated to be capable of adding expected combined additional production of up to 4.8 MMscf/d of gas and 84 bopd (total combined additional production potential of 884 boepd). These 4 initial opportunities offer a combined estimated value of approximately US $9 million in NPV10 uplift based on an aggregate gross cost of approximately US $1 million and fast payback periods of between two to six months. This uplift potential assumes a realised sales price of US $32/bbl and a gas price of US $3.5/mmbtu. The remaining twelve opportunities in the initial portfolio could each be capable of increasing gross production by up to 0.6 MMscf/d and 91 bbl/d. The Company continues efforts to identify and mature further production enhancement opportunities over and above the 16 already assessed to provide further growth and value to shareholders.

Note that echo were using US $32/bbl to value the above and the oil price is somewhat higher now,
If I am reading the above paragraph right the remaining 12 workovers/pulling jobs could deliver the following.
Gas: 12 x 0.6 MMscf/d = 7.2 MMscf/d
Oil: 12 x 91 bbl/d = 1092 bbl/d.

Echo Energy, the Latin American focused upstream energy company, is pleased to announce the completion of an initial assessment by the Company of the Monte Aymond gas project in Santa Cruz Sur, Argentina.

The Monte Aymond project, located 5.2 km to the west of Campo Limite on the Company's existing Palermo Aike licence at Santa Cruz Sur, involves working over the Monte Aymond well which was drilled successfully in 1984, targetting a Springhill reservoir structure imaged on 3D seismic. The well successfully discovered and tested gas and condensate at an initial flowrate of 2.4 MMscf/d, and subsequently at an average rate of 5 MMscf/d over a longer 10 month period of production. Whilst this well was previously abandoned, the Company believes that the now improved local infrasucture and prevailing gas prices mean Monte Aymond is now an exciting commercial project.

Campo Limite was drilled early 2020 in our Palermo Aike licence area of Santa Cruz Sur (same area as Monte Aymond), testing was suspended in April 2020 due to the virus, all we really know is Palermo Aike Springhill is rich in gas and the ECHO team have stated several times that they are “very excited” over the Campo Limite (CLix-1001) well, last we heard during Q&A was MH said we were still waiting for specialist equipment and personnel which cannot enter the country due to virus rules.

Many feel Campo Limite could be the game changer, if proven commercial Palermo Aike may well see further drilling activity but as always DYOR !!.

aimranger is using the figures stated in ECHO workover RNS from 8th June 2020, the Monte Aymond RNS 29th Sept 2020 and ECHO detail on Campo Limite well.
He may be a bit on the optimistic side by using best case figures but probably not too far off the mark, for certain production is going one way only in the coming months and that is UP !!!!

A few genuine and confident shareholders might get a bit excited and post overly confident thoughts however that is light years away from a non shareholder like yourself that posts half truths and generally misleading information, also, if you insist on using LoveRooster69 words at least try and keep it accurate, i realise that might tax you a little but give it a try, its called being truthful and accurate, i guess thats something you have yet to learn.
