Given we know workovers are ongoing my money is on the latter, MH knows nowt but big news will shift this, lets hope this is the case.

I guess its even possible that the tweeted rig is on Monte Aymond location as that would require a workover before being brought back into production.

It was heartening to see ECHOs tweet on July 19th stating our rig was onsite conducting work overs, more so given the workover detail released June 8th last year.
While CL & Monte Aymond would could be major contributors there is also the expectation the work overs can add real value here. see the paragraph from that RNS below with a link to the RNS, especially interesting is the "The remaining twelve opportunities in the initial portfolio could each be capable of increasing gross production by up to 0.6 MMscf/d and 91 bbl/d"
start adding all these wells up and we could end up with hundreds more bbls of oil per day.

Echo is now pleased to confirm that in addition to the successful operation described above, an initial portfolio of sixteen workovers, focussed on seeking to bring PDNP & 2P reserves intervals into production, has now been matured. Of this portfolio of potential projects, four initial opportunities (consisting of 3 well workovers to bring associated PDNP 1P reserves into production and one project targeting 2P reserves) are estimated to be capable of adding expected combined additional production of up to 4.8 MMscf/d of gas and 84 bopd (total combined additional production potential of 884 boepd). These 4 initial opportunities offer a combined estimated value of approximately US $9 million in NPV10 uplift based on an aggregate gross cost of approximately US $1 million and fast payback periods of between two to six months. This uplift potential assumes a realised sales price of US $32/bbl and a gas price of US $3.5/mmbtu. The remaining twelve opportunities in the initial portfolio could each be capable of increasing gross production by up to 0.6 MMscf/d and 91 bbl/d. i am certain, suggest you double check, you may be looking at opening or closing prices but during that day it reached 1.9p

April 1st after the bond restructure RNS it hit the year high of 1.90.

I still think we will get an RNS before the 2 monthly operational update.

Add to this that its very very posible some if not all of those 10 wells were identified as having workover potential in the 8th June 2020 RNS and our tweet a few weeks ago stated our rig was onsite performing workovers,

What yesterdays rise proves is that the faintest "whiff" of news there is plenty buyers waiting to pounce, imagine how it will be once that RNS arrives.

bobbbyrash, i tend to agree Monte Aymond and CL will play a huge part in this SP, MA alone produced gas at average rate of 5 MMscf/d over a longer 10 month period of production before being shut in, that equates to around 800 bbl oil based on 6,000 cubic feet of natural gas (6 Mcf) have the energy equivalent of one barrel of oil.
Given MA has been shut in for years there is no reason it cannot produce at or near that rate again after a quick and inexpensive work over.

What a difference a day makes, hopefully an RNS tomorrow with workover details, additional production details, the June 8th RNS last year gave some juicy figures and if we see this sort of production increase 1p will be history.

They released the workover RNS June 8th last year, i an just curious as to how many wells will be worked on in the coming weeks and when did we start the workovers, if that must be communicated via an RNS then where is the RNS.
Also in the June Q&A last year MH was asked specific question, would an RNS be released after each workover or on completion of all workovers, if i remember correctly he inferred an RNS would be forthcoming after each workover, i tried to double check his reply but the June 2020 Q&A is not on the site, infact a few of the Q&A sessions are missing, i had copied it but seem to have "misplaced" it when installing my new laptop.

As always lets hope MH is reading and understanding the investors feelings towards the lack of PR / news.
Even a brief twitter update stating how many wells are to be worked over and an estimate of timescales would appease many.
