RE: Lack of Up-to-Date Info?16 Jul 2021 20:22
conrad02, i can assure you that you did not join in at the top, there are LTHs here that bought into ECHO at anything between 12 & 18 pence, when our CEO at the time stated our EMS-1001 well was "transformational" we silly billys thought she meant transformational as in great, little did we know she meant the opposite, we were all excited when our saviour MH arrived however it appears he is not one to be rushed !!, sure we will get to a sp that pleases most, also quite sure you will see your penny per share back again and more, just be patient, something the LTHs have had to get used to like it or not.
On another note, our junior partner Interoil released their quarterly results this evening, not a lot in them apart from the below snippet.
Argentina – operations
In spite of the lockdown, field operation related with production remains in a regular basis with oil and gas been sold into the local market granted stabilized operations.
For the Santa Cruz operation, Interoil continues actively working in the reopening of oil wells, involving the replacement of an existing steel water disposal pipeline with a new plastic-resin tubes. This investment significantly improves field operating costs by reducing the use of chemicals and repairing corroded pipes. In the same line of costs improving, the Company have been testing new chemical products aimed at simplifying the processes and the operational cost.
The only other interesting point is the fact they have had to suspend their Argentina MMO workovers due to Argentine lockdown rules so i guess i might be owe MH an apology as i assumed specialists would be allowed to enter under the key worker clause.
This might put a lid on my hopes ECHO had started workovers at SC.
