nyforever, understood, hopefully you will throw your backing behind my idea of a zoom call for shareholders, indeed as you appear to be able to make contact with our CEO maybe you could mail him just to ensure he has received my proposal though i have copied in VIGO Communications lest there be any doubt regards e mails.

Subject: Directors ZOOM call.

Good Morning Mr Hull.
As you are no doubt aware there have been numerous posts on chat boards regards supposed calls from yourself to individual shareholders, some, the lucky ones that say they have received a call seem quite relaxed with this situation, others like myself who have not received a call understandably seem less than happy with this situation.
In an effort to appease ALL shareholders and not just a chosen few might i suggest a ZOOM call or similar be set up between yourself and one shareholder, this would take on the format of previous director interviews and the end result could be posted on ECHOs twitter account for all to hear, might i suggest this be arranged sooner rather than later, I see no reason this could not be arranged for early next week at the latest given we are talking about a ten minute ZOOM call.
Assuming you agree with this we can select one ECHO shareholder that would represent ALL shareholders, I look forward to your thoughts on this and your suggestions on how best this could be arranged, might i say this would give you an ideal opportunity to tell shareholders in layman's terms why the resolutions in the recent RNS are required
before the AGM takes place next month and impart other news to a wider audience than individual phone calls would allow.
In the interests of transparency might i suggest we limit contact to e mails wherever possible.

Digittt, if he calls could you remind him he has a duty towards ALL shareholders not just those he deigns worthy of calling, you could also ask him why he prefers to pass company information to a select few rather than tell all investors what he is thinking, you could also mention abzzba is asking for him, cheers.

Digittt, maybe if you read what i said i do say "so I guess its up to the individual to decide", feel free to be taken in by those that tell you everything you want to hear,
Also its the CEO thats not talking, i have reached out several times.

Still no reply from MH regards the e mail I sent him Tuesday @ 17:30 where I asked if he could confirm the claims made by nyforever yesterday.

Could be he was not best pleased I did not start the mail by thanking the team for their exemplary efforts to-date, he does seem to prefer questions on the Q&A platform that start with guff like that, certainly he bypasses most of my questions, I can only surmise I am not in the “in” crowd, heyho.

The other options being we have a Walter Mittyesque type on board or just a downright liar trying to deceive shareholders, so I guess its up to the individual to decide whether our CEO is risking his directorship with furtive calls to individual shareholders or do you put your belief in an anonymous poster that might be prone to telling porkies, your choice.
For myself I am taking everything nyforever stated with a pinch of salt even though it was the type of information I would love to hear from our CEO .

joelebeau, i doubt it will be great either, though i do believe it could have been great if only echo would get on with doing the job at hand, last December we raised £850,000 for the workovers, not a jot of news on those yet, i think everything seems to be going the way MH has planned it, for why i do not know but these are not the actions of a CEO that wants to add value, quite the opposite.

Fact is this latest RNS would not have caused such furore if the sp had been closer or above 1p, we were told capital and interest repayments were kicked down the road for several years, aparantly inter alia translates to amongst other things.
Did this RNS have to be released right now, could we have released it a few weeks after the imminent operational update that should contain good news and why are ECHO taking so long to complete these workovers and bringing MA back to production, if these had been done we would be well into 1p sp.
Why are ECHO not maximizing the assets they have.
PS, no reply from MH to my e mail sent last night at 17:30, time yet i guess but not hholding my breath.

After yesterdays RNS if i were not sitting on a loss i would be out of here faster than Usain Bolt out of the blocks and i think most LTHs would agree with that.

somm, agree 10%, lets get on with the work in hand, workovers, MA and CL, once these are completed and we have money flowing in then and then only can MH get big ideas about Bolivia, maximise the assets we have.
We should have our 2 monthly operations update if not this week then early next week, lets hope there is mention of workovers already conducted and ongoing workovers, the June 8th RNS 2020 and the latest presentation p9 states 8 wells in chorrillos could add 90 bbls/d each, Campo Bremen 3 wells could add 1.3 to 2 MMscf/d per well, not to be sneezed at opportunities, lets get on with them then onto MA worth around 4 to 6 million a year depending on gas flow rates

Mr Hull, As an investor in ECHO i would be grateful if you can spare a few minutes of your precious time, i participate in the ECHO discussion board on LSE, this afternoon another poster "nyforever" posted that he had mailed you then taken a call from yourself, the post was quite lengthy and i have cut & pasted it below in its entirety for your convenience.

Basically i wondered if you can confirm two or three of the points nyforever has stated came from yourself, i have listed these points below.

1: Do you acknowledge the lack of PR and is this is something you intend to address.

2: nyforever states that you firmly believe in time this company could be a £100 million + but in order to achieve this money will need to be raised in order to achieve the goals he has set out.

3: Was there some discussion regards the companies production reaching 5000 boped and if so does this include production from MA.

I realise answering this might put you in an awkward position however i think the genuine shareholders that use the LSE board deserve to know if the above three points are your genuine belief.

My final point, if this discussion has taken place and a further discussion with "The_Linns" has taken place may i ask why you cannot convey this information to all shareholders.

Also why would we want to give the bond holders shares early and can i remind you what they did with the last 93,000,000 shares they received from us, they shorted us to hell.

ny, ditto, for info i have already instructed the broker and i vote against, we have had more than plenty time to add value, i like everyone else am still waiting to see that value, i am still waiting to see MH carry out any work.
As i said, if MH can tell you he can tell everyone, do i believe your earlier post, fact is not sure i do, people are easily misled by other posters stating what they want to hear, its human nature that folk want to believe the positives you mentioned.

ny, really ?, let MH tell this himself, sick of the crap that always appears on here, the i spoke to Martin, great guy etc etc.
I will believe it when he says it not some mouth piece that thinks he is a big shot.

Just off the phone to my broker and my vote cast against the resolution, took only a few minutes, get it done if your against this.
If MH wants the support of shareholders he needs to play ball back by giving us more info and creating value by getting work underway and more oil and gas flowing, its not as if we do not have options to do this.
