I love how Mandy and others spend every day reading this bb and commenting waiting for a big pay day on the back of a resurgent Bt share price.

If you read other bb you would all at you old tender ages diversify and accept that you haven’t managed to capitalise on a big surge in price and won’t before you snuff it.

Going all in on bt or any other stock is a young woman or man’s game. You lot have past your expiry date and should have diversified.

I’m young and in here 50%. With time on my side. Even I accept I may not have long enough to reap potential rewards here. I could even snuff it with young diseases myself.

Mandy and his ilk have no chance. And I love it as much as I love Mandy. Not at all.

Just wondering if there is a lack of balance in the chat,

I’ve never been employed by BT.

But if we have people like savage and Mandy arguing against some ex employees here, is it a fair platform?

The ex employees or current ones would be privy to info non employees have.

For example there may be people afraid of the sack , or court cases following redundancy and having signed NDA’s.

I like to listen to some opinions here but if the pro Bt voices are hamstrung, we have a bias and unfair playing field. A lot of people may not post their views?

The market is down today but Bt is flat which means there has been a positive reaction . It opened around 145p and rose to 149p on the news at 10:10

For those that keep their shares and are delisted, they will still be eligible for future dividends?

If so I imagine those will be hefty in future.

Eg is the next final divi 5.69 x 1.04 =5.918

Regarding next years dividend if it is to increase by the same rate this years did, is it 4% on the total of 8.1p, or is it just 4% on 5.69p, with the following interim being 30% of that new final?
