When news is due, always worth watching for sudden increases in volume/price. Well....I think we now have that lets see what happens the next few days.

Indeed, the beast is stirring.... We know news is due, so is this it?? Price is very low, will not take much for this to rocket.

Very strange trade that one. Doesn't look like a PI, well certainly if it had been me I would have broken it down into smaller trades to get a price better than 0.28 Looks like someone has just told their broker get me xx without even thinking about the price.

Lol Idr1s Read your first post with surprise. Yes a big buy, at these levels and with the warrant exercise. I know I got a bit excited before, not surprisingly. But we know the deadline, there are now some 'anomalies' in buying and warrant exercising. I am maybe reading too much into it, who knows. but fully expect game changing news this week or next. Roll of the dice stuff...

There is one scenario whereby warrant holders convert knowing major news is coming, they then convert and sell at the high point on news. Not saying that is the case here, as there have been several conversions in as many months, and this may well be holding the price down. No matter what, we are not long away from the deadline, shells are binary in a way, you are either in for big gains or out with no stomach for the risk. Personally I am in with a big holding, but would never have all my eggs in this or any other share. Risk and reward, looking for a multi bagger here, and not long to wait till the deadline....

Looks like someone was loading up over lunchtime. Great price to be buying. If I get news elsewhere I will load up more here, even though I already have a substantial holding.

correct. It is AIM rules for cash shells.

Thing about options is they do at least bring cash into the company. But yes not in the best interests of existing shareholders. As for the rest, best just look at the facts: Spreadex have invested a significant amount off balance sheet. Directors have recently invested their own cash. Directors paid in shares. CEO say's they are targeting a large deal with minimal risk CEO say's they expect a 'significant' return for investors. As discussed yesterday, you cannot always believe CEO's, but on balance I think it all points to a positive outcome. As for imminence, I 'expect' news to be out before the 28th, would be bizarre given the above if it is not. All IMO obviously. Best to listen to the interview on VOX for those that have not already

Funny think patch, no-one knows when it is happening here. We can speculate, and it did look like there were a few points where it was imminent, but ultimately no one knows outside the company. If I knew for certain when the announcement was I would not have been invested here for the last 5 months. Anyone who does not understand that should not be investing

Very tempted to buy more at these prices. A lounger in Thailand also sounds tempting! but there are many other temptations there as well!!!

many losing interest here, but get the feeling they will regret it. everything pointing to a large deal being done, and therefore several bags coming our way. Hope all is welll happy!

Thanks Red, TT and SW, It does all point to being a genuine company, and the big deal mentioned by the CEO being real and about to be announced. BUT shells not for the faint hearted as we know, but at least on this one we will have no one else to blame, or will deserve a big pat on the back for having the balls to invest before the herd. Personally, I think this will come good (obviously, I am invested) too many pointers to this being good. Although perhaps I am not the best one to say this having got it wrong on CTAG, however, as I said earlier, when you have a lying CEO it is extremely difficult. I go great lengths when investing in a company, generally, but impossible to get it right every time, but still think this is big and about to pop. Many bags possible, but very difficult to call, some big sells and some big buys, looks like positions are being taken and relinquished prior to news dropping. Mustn't forget the risk here though, for those that may not know.

Hi Red, how you doing? We all know some CEO's and company's lie through their teeth, but rarely part with their own cash. We have all been caught out there. The RLH CEO gave a very good interview, but, as you say, that doesn't always mean much. However, the directors did actually buy shares in early June, 15 million each. It was at that time a lot happened at once, including the buys, interview etc. It all seemed poised for news, cannot believe it will all come to nowt. Those 15 million shares they each bought would have been about £50k worth each. Don't think ABH ever did a buy Also I doubt they will let it go to the wire, expecting (hoping) for news this week or next very latest. As you say, these shells are not for the faint hearted, but the rewards can justify the risk.

Given the comments made by the CEO in the interview, it would seem news must be coming soon. He said minimal risk for investors, lets hope he is a man of his word. This week or next week look like the prime times, unless they go to the wire!
