Hi WA Yes still in 88e, apologies to all for the off topic. I feel risk there is now a bit higher than it was, we all knew the 50:50 before, and privately they were saying 80:20 I really think we are on 50:50 there now. There is a lot that can be done with artificial lift, but certainly wouldn't have all my eggs in that particular basket at the moment, or any share for that matter.

One of them was mine, added today. The spreadex position is a bit of a giveaway IMO Someone in the know lining up their ducks, so news soon I reckon I have my position ready now here with the addition of the 500k shares today

Cannot disagree that Spreadex play their shares, what I would add, however, is that their setup is complex, they are invested in many shares. So you cannot take what they do in one share in isolation. They also have their own liquidity requirements. It is generally a great thing they are invested, but movements in their holding is not necessarily a bad thing. Selling out completely in the run up to news would be a negative though All IMO obviously

The 25% is margin, not quite the same as stop loss, more total loss One the price goes lower than your entry point you eat into margin, 25% is usually the minimum allowed but whatever margin you put in, once you go below it you get stopped out or they start emptying your bank account, depending on your setup. I got severe burned on leveraging a number of years ago (T20's) so don't do it anymore, nearly bankrupted me, and all down to dodgy management in XEL. When you own shares outright you can sit things out in you own timescales. That said I recognise some people use SB/CFD's as a tax efficient way to invest whereby they put the full price if the shares in (no leveraging) meaning the cannot be stopped out. Doesn't work for me at the moment though

Db minimum margin is usually 25% of the cost of actual shares but usually much safer to put at leadt 50% in. Haven'tdona any SB/CFD myself for years, AIM can be way to volatile and I usually lost money. For someone to take a position that size is very brave or very knowledgeable.

Oh so quiet? How many times can you put phrases the might spook investors?? It is all well and good negative comment where justified, but ramping or deramping is not Honourable. Don't get me wrong, I am constantly accused of ramping, due to being invested in the companies I post on. However, most of the companies I post on go on to multibag. Where is your track record? I honestly do not know your record, it is a genuine question

Not a certainty that there will be any suspension. It really depends on the regulators. The deal may come out as a proposed deal initially, followed by actual confirmation, vote etc. Being a proposed deal there is no need to suspend, unless the company or regulators decide to, but not a certainty. I suspect we shall continue trading and see a rise in price on back of the 'proposed' deal.
