RE: Spreadex27 Aug 2017 18:44
Spreadex is a sideshow.
The main act is what return will this achieve.
Two parts to this, or maybe three.
We will get to know details of how the deal is structured in due course, via an admission document, we will have to vote on the deal to approve.
So we will make a gain, seems inevitable, but the gain will be on opening (resumption of trading), post resumption, then long term.
The price will open at pretty much a predetermined price, according to the deal, say a 2-3 bagger from last close. But it could quickly take off from there as others buy into the company based on longer term prospects. Bear in mind this will be a big revenue venture, even in first stage producing $100-$120m annual revenue, working up to $250-$300m annually.
Obviously there is Capex and Opex, but that will be relatively modest with a lot of Capex covered in the initial fundraise.
That leaves longer term, which is where the 10+ bagger comes in, and that plus could be significant!
Getting in at a low price was key, and although I didn't get in at 0.1, my average is less than 0.3, with longer term gains it makes a huge difference.
