yeah they will be paying 4p per share. Personally, given the very small free float, I think we will see 8-12p after opening and 12-20p later this year, early next. Obviously I could be wrong, but we shall know soon enough.

Partly Wres, and also, this is not an AIM company, and not a typical company you would find on AIM anyway. It is a proper company, lead by world renowned scientists. I think the lock ins are to give confidence to all investors, and also to get the best exit price for investors. I got the lock in period slightly wrong, I think it is 15 months, and 9 months for Spreadex alone. Apologies for the mistake. There is no doubt this is being setup for a trade sale, there is a pipeline of further patents coming and licensing deal(s) and royalties. If I was to hazard a guess at an exit price I would say (very broadly) somewhere between 400m and 800m GBP, which is somewhere between 87p and 174p a share. I would not expect any further dilution as they will be generating revenue fairly quickly and have low overheads.

Indeed wonky. Plenty like yourself will get out with a good profit on lifting of suspension, but this is a big big project being done, and lots of money will flow in. Still have to see the fine print, but suspect we will all do very very well here. (despite the attempt at misleading by a certain fraudster)

looking forward to this opening up again on the 16th, with the interest coming here I can see a big push north, but the real gains will be towards the end of the year into into next. Major shareholders are locking themselves in for 18 months, I suspect that is a good strategy for us all.

Personally Wress, I think that may be a bit high. There will be an early licensing deal which I think will put this to somewhere between 15 and 25p, depending of course on the licensing deal!! If a global deal comes worth in the £xxm then that 50p+is a possibility, if the deal is £xm then 15-25pps is more likely. Don't worry though I think 50p will be next year on further deals, and exit, when it comes, should be over 100pps, given the 18 month lock in, and stated intention to have a trade sale. Very very clever IP strategy here, and first to market globally for generics in multi $B markets, which large pipeline of IP to come. One other thing, almost certain there will be no further dilution here, with early license deals comes early revenue. The license deal will have ongoing royalties as well as an upfront fee...... With a 4-6p opening price, but heading north rapidly, those getting in early will make significant gains

A recent diatribe about LVRT by a known fraudster and extortionist complaining that the placing at 4p seems a bit foolish. He thinks it is too big a return for the founder shareholders. I know he reads these boards, but maybe he should read the bit above where it says 'closing price' The market found 3.5p to be a fair price before suspension, it is not much more to get to a placing at 4p. as usual he will have an agenda.....about time he was locked up.

On my phone, as travelling, but that sounds about right for the fully diluted share capital. So market cap will be around 18m Which, given they have several patents, very early licensing deals, 5-15 additional patents in the pipeline, and a meduim term exit strategy is pretty low. Agreed Wress. Fact that the major shareholders have voluntarily locked themselves in, the majority of shares, means they know what is coming. No flipping of shares here

That's my point Foster, I was the same, even moments before suspension. Price was rising sharply. They will not magically have more stick on relisting do the only way is up.
