Logicial conclusion is that antibody testing (along with ongoing vaccination) will be here to stay, which in turn means the opportunity for ODX is much much bigger than initially thought.

Whilst that £5 seems a huge stretch at the moment, maybe it is not too far fetched!

Just to add to my previous post, the UK requirement is likely to be upwards of 150 million antibody tests per year by this time next year, two tests per year per person plus POC tests.

Plug that into the share price predictions and see where this is going.

Agreed, until (if ever) a vaccine with long-lasting efficacy is developed antibody testing will be essential, hence my point re allowing those with antibodies to live normally, it has to come.

Regulator, I agree there are a lot of considerations, hence saying it would need managed, but just because something is difficult does not mean it cannot be done.

Bear in mind the NHS was putting people who had had the virus on the front line due to the risk being much less.

We all have to live with risk every day, and on balance, those with antibodies could be living with much less restrictions, call it a covid passport or whatever, and yes it could encourage some idiots to try catch covid, but I think that would be minuscule amounts of people. Benefits far outweigh the risks.

Mass antibody testing is needed ASAP, and will be needed as part of the vaccination programme anyway.

Absolutely ridiculous that we are not letting those with antibodies have a restriction-free life, travel, socialise, do what they want.

Up to around 17% of people in London could live as normal and the economy getting back to normal, I understand there are dangers, but ffs it can be managed.

The idiots running the show need to get their finger out. Luckily we now know that initial 1 million tests are ordered, just waiting for the ink to dry before it is announced.

There is going to be a lot of publicity, and to explain to the public, lots of newspaper column inches, no doubt mentioning the test by name, and companies behind it.

Lots of publicity = lots of new investors = rising share price

Funds are usually always committed before any announcement is ever made, brokers run a book and bring potential, usually HNW for AIM) investors inside to gauge interest, once the result is pretty certain they announce.

To say their statement is wrong is laughable, these things get done by many people, PR. and company execs, and where applicable legal and Nomad.

All that happened was they inadvertently posted it live when it should have been waiting till the embargo was over.

A gift for us investors here, risk has all but gone.

Pressure building exponentially for the so called government to get testing sorted (again), I would expect things will be moving apace regards the UKRTC tests/approvals and ODX announcements.
