I think part of the issue is that until something is published in a 'learned journal" a lot of the academic talking heads have no clue. Ivory towers indeed, but the main thing is that those that are going to purchase the tests will know full well, and those that wish to profit from the testing capabilities of companies such as ODX also know (that's us!)

The politicians are pretty useless as well, luckily they are just needed for sign off unless they are getting a cosy non exec post for their retirement thrown in, in which case they ignore advice (nudge (box) nudge (box))

I am sure that was partly the reason for the fundraise, as part of the due diligence for ongoing orders, financial capability has to be demonstrated, that said they will have to pay capacity building payments (or in advance) in the current circumstances.

L&G will have had a target price when they first invested, and when reached they sell, simple as that.

Good thing is that now they are gone the SP is free to rise faster.

There is going to be a testing 'gold rush' and ODX are in prime position for a very very substantial rise.

Testing is the new multi Trillion $ industry, and it is happening fast.

£100B from the UK, multiply across the globe.

The best companies with the best tech are going to make a lot of money, and for the smaller companies, the rise will be spectacular. ODX is one that will be spectacular

Given supplies have plagued all governments, there is no way they will be relying on a single supplier, too risky, that means all domestic supplies, that are up to standard will be getting a slice of that 100Billion, ODX are in prime position for a good slice, and that means so are we.

I took as a joke posters mentioning that the initial order amount may have been the inaccurate information, but that may well be the case, the '1 million' initial order may well be many multiples of that, and scaling up to as many as ODX can produce.

Do the maths and wait for the broker rerate.

Everything pointing to a massive rerate on the current SP.

Each test has a QR code, linked to an app, you can take the test at home, and just flash the green screen on your phone app all day long, as it will expire 24 hours (or whatever) after the test is scanned from your phone. Yes, there can be some abuse but not much.

It is the way froward.

Gov't under huge pressure re-testing, and they want to distract attention away from the shabby Brexit deeds over the next few weeks.

Big announcements re-testing will give the talking heads in the media plenty to talk about, announcement incoming IMO.

Given the newsleak on Monday, this has so little risk, and that 530p figure will be revised based on Gov't orders.
