Free float is less than half the issued shares, about 40 million shares, so price will rise rapidly. These shells with the right guys at the top, such as LVRT, can appreciate 1000's% Always a bit of a gamble though, and shares will be suspended for a time if an RTO, but rewards makes the risk worthwhile. Looks like the DMA folks are trying to bring the price down, they have shares on both bid and ask, maybe looking to flush out some holders, or maybe the SB companies having a little panic before news and trying to knock out positions..... Aberdeenman Aberdeenman

So based on the experience of you guys in TVZ and LDN, what are you thinking re outcome? For my part, seems as though they could have pulled the plug yesterday, why give it another day if there is no hope, also from the delay in issuing the RNS it would seem they thought they could get some kind of resolution yesterday? I think you guys are missing something. If a director is aware that a company is insolvent (i.e. no extension or deal) they are legally bound to immediately stop trading and inform the market. So IMV no extension and no suspension, can only mean a deal has been done. Aberdeenman
