Mr. Hoyer served as Portfolio Manager at Invision Private Equity AG. Mr. Hoyer served as Chief Financial Officer of Aldata Solution Oyj from January 2009 to July 2009 and served as its Member of its Corporate Management Team. Mr. Hoyer served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Aldata Solution Oyj from August 2008 to January 2009 and served as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions since April 2008. He was a Partner at Helsinki Capital Partners Oy. Mr. Hoyer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aldata Solution Oyj from January 1, 2004 to April 2008. He joined Aldata from Invision Private Equity AG where he served as a Portfolio Manager. He served at Bank AM Bellevue in Switzerland. Before joining Bellevue Asset Management in 2000, he served as a Fund Manager within the Allianz Group. His main responsibility was to manage Investments in the Telecoms- and Internet-sectors. He also managed 4 billion Euro equity portfolios for clients. Mr. Hoyer served as a Member of the Global Telemedia Team of the Allianz Group worldwide. At Arsenal Asset Management, he was responsible for evaluating Arsenal's ownerships in non-listed finish Telecom companies. He worked for Allianz Asset Management in Germany. He serves as the Chairman of Board at Tantalus Rare Earths AG. He served as Portfolio Manager of Allianz Group and was responsible for its teleoperator investments. He served as a Director of Saunalahti Group Oyj (formerly Jippii Group Corporation) since 2001. Mr. Hoyer has been a member of the Board of Ruukki Group Plc since October 2008. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Tantalus Rare Earths AG until June 13, 2013. Mr. Hoyer received a Master's Degree in Finance from the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland. Aware I said it last week BigLad, and to be fair I expected it then. however looking more likely this week. accounts are due out, so they are in a closed period at the moment, as soon as accounts are clear news will flow. Do remember though the accounts are something of a legacy item, this company has all but been taken over for a special purpose, all that has gone before is history. Time to top up!

Normally I would say we have bounced off the bottom of the trading range and are going back up to ~0.32-0.34 HOWEVER, I think this time it will be more! news is the reason IMO. Overdue and imminent.

OFF TOPIC Down, as you mentioned that other shell, I am getting extremely excited about that other one as well. I mentioned finger on the pulse, but pulse rate is massive on LVRT as well as here. He who dares wins, and early bird catches the worm, watch out for RNS's I reckon LVRT is a 4 bagger in short order, done my research, there is Zero downside. Those that get in quick will do well on lifting of suspension I reckon.

Agree. Nothing worse than idiots, who are not invested, turning up just to cause trouble, and attack people (that's me lol) because they have an issue with them. Wres, it could well be. Not sure of the final authorised share allocation. We shall soon see, but at least it is starting from a low number. Anyway Levrett will become Nuformix, so it will be a case of the existing shareholders of Nuformix will be allocated shares in the merged company. As a private company they are likely to have a small number of shares, but a large percentage (of Nuformix), so will be interesting to see how many shares they are allocated in the 'new' Nuformix.
