As an ITM holder - not Ceres - I’m delighted to see this set of results today. Both SPs took a hit from the Bosch news but Ceres looks to be in good shape despite this.

Ceres results and outlook don’t look too bad considering the Bosch deal ending. Interesting reading the CEOs outlook too. Think many thought the Bosch deal was terminal for Ceres, hence price action since announcement on 20th Feb of -50%

ITM SP fell as much as -20% from same point - IMO linked to the bearish sentiment that RNS put into the market.

I’m hopeful this Ceres RNS today is received positively as it certainly doesn’t look to have been terminal. Therefore maybe some upside and a nice end of week close for both company SPs

Someone keeps posting about the price falling away in the afternoon. I disregarded it at first but now think they have spotted a trend. It does happen a lot!

Wasn’t looking for confrontation. But on the cash point, ITMs losses are narrowing but based on no improvement have a 5+ year cash runway. A little different to AFC.

Feels like any news that would make AFC an attractive buyout proposition would be the same news that would start to improve their position organically anyway.

I don’t know enough about them but no improvement YOY in making a £17m loss with £15m in the bank would not attract me right now. Either ripe for a placing (although SP makes that difficult) or it goes bust.

True. I wouldn’t want to be an AFC holder right now, however still happy to be in ITM despite being at quite a large % paper loss right now.

Shouldn’t lost the point of my original post on this topic - if a contract has been awarded for hydrogen storage technology then a contract needs awarding for someone to supply hydrogen production technology!

Are we linked to the production of hydrogen? If they are awarding contracts for part of the project then surely funding is secured?

In other news, AFC results look poor today, besides the launch of a new product. Annual loss of just over £17M (same as LY) with approx £15m in the bank. SP not really in a place where a placing feels viable to raise funds either.

How is SP up 8% today when every transaction is a sell? Mis-reporting of transaction type?

Of course that’s good; but that’s not new news from this RNS?

All sell transactions this morning. Pretty worrying signs when SP reacts to what is supposed to be a positive RNS like this.

Indicates the market doesn’t believe in leadership and direction.

Price is going to fly tomorrow. Easily up to 7p we saw recently.

Lies: that majors are sniffing around. Go back and watch any interview from July-December 2024 and there’s so many bullish claims that clearly weren’t true given he had to do a placing at 50p plus warrants. Price had been 130p a few weeks prior.
