Even if the last couple of days unwinds and appears to be an unexplainable event - it compounds how quickly this one can pop. When/if (!) a deal lands, this will go into orbit.

Of all the punts in AIM, at these prices, surely has to be one you’d rather be on…

imo you started off providing a good level of balance. now you are just morphing into a typical lse ****-slinger.

unquestionably the rns this week was positive. just pointing out that contracts are needed doesn’t make you clever or insightful - everyone knows that.

but equally there are plenty of positive pieces of the jigsaw that you can allow yourself to credit; turning cash generative for the first time in the company’s 25 year history, for example.

Argument has always been that we are burning that cash.

So you get people saying “well it was £200m+ at the year end but you’re burning £30-40m per year.”

£178 mcap at Thursday close. Let that sink in. How many investment cases in the AIM can be better than this one? You could just look at this as buying discounted cash with £200m+ in the bank.

Zero value placed on IP, stock, buildings, assets and contracts (won and pending).

I’m normally fairly cautious and reserved but this RNS got me pumped haha.

Haliwell - he has just raised revenue and cash guidance - if he were to increased guidance on EBITDA too then leaves him no wiggle room to ‘positively surprise’ the market later in the year. Suspect he’s just keeping powder dry, or genuinely still expects to come in maybe toward upper end of guidance.

I guess it’s also worth noting that cost bases have increased significantly over the last few years, so if it’s work they have carried out based on a previous pricing model then it could well be that margins were eroded.

We haven’t seen any upside despite several super positive RNS recently; hopefully this lights the touch paper.

I’m more interested in the fact we were cash generative (albeit modest).

Cash is king.

Interesting to read the L&G fund manager will not vote for the re-election of BP’s Helge Lund after unwinding net zero targets.
